Here's a friendlier and more satisfied version of your review: --- We had the great pleasure of spending twelve wonderful days in Ingrid's apartment! The apartment is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Ingrid was just wonderful – she was always friendly, helpful and very straightforward. For our family of four, the space was more than sufficient, and the location of the apartment is simply fantastic. The view from the terrace enchanted us anew every day! We would like to thank Ingrid from the bottom of our hearts and look forward to our next visit!😍

The apartment is centrally located between the beach, bars, restaurants and public transport stops. It is as described, very spacious and cozy. The equipment also offers everything you need for self-catering. The communication with the host was perfect and you proactively get all the important information and good tips for the area.

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

I had a lovely stay at Maria's apartment, it is beautifully kept, clean and modern with everything I needed. It's in a great location for the city and the beach. Maria was a fabulous host and was really helpful. I'd really recommend staying here for your trip.

Cosy house with seaview and swimmingpool. Great place to relax. Plenty of amenities, fully equiped kitchen - absolutely nothing was missing. We loved the place. Best Airbnb we have booked in Spain so far.

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

We stayed in this beautiful little house during Christmas, and we really loved it. It has a huge terrace perfect for a barbecue, or just having a coffee while you sunbathe. In summer it must be amazing with the pool and hammocks. The rooms are very large and spacious, and the bathrooms are very good, everything is new (there was even a toilet with a bidet, something we loved). The host was a super friendly and helpful person, and was attentive to whether we needed anything, but at the same time gave us our space and the privacy we were looking for. Without a doubt, I would go back to this accommodation without thinking, we had a wonderful vacation
