This is a perfect "old-school" rather than corporate AirBnB. Rakel and her husband Edo and their family live in the building and they are wonderfully attentive and helpful. You can certainly disappear to your room if you want privacy, but you'll probably want to chat with Rakel and get her recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. They have lovingly restored the entire old-town building and our room was perfect and a great value. Xativa is sleepy during the day, but in the evening the squares are full of life. A most enjoyable stay!

Ana’s place is the perfect getaway for an oasis. Only 30 minutes from Valencia and you come home to absolute paradise! I really appreciated her addressing all my needs and she reacting quickly if anything had arose. I really recommend Ana’s place and I cannot wait to come back!!! Don’t think twice; book her apt!!

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

I recommend it with a clear heart!!! The friendly hostess met us at 22.30, showed us everything and told us. The apartment is clean, the bed is impeccably white, the towels are white and fluffy. The kitchen has everything - appliances, dishes, towels. Shower is packed - gels, shampoos, hair conditioner, hair dryer. A small vacuum cleaner runs, the owner, always clean without any effort. The beach is 2 minutes away. Shops, coffee shops, fruit and meat shops, restaurants everywhere. The supermarket is 5 minutes away, there is a bus stop next to the supermarket. The bus goes directly to the center of Valencia. Everything is just perfect!!!

Had a fantastic stay in Inge’s apartment. Inge met us for check in and showed us around. The view from the lounge and balcony is amazing! Very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Everything about this apartment is perfect : 1. It's location - just minutes away from Loncha de la Seda and the Mercat Central - at 140m from the nearest supermarket - away from all the noise of the city 2. It is new - freshly painted - new kitchen with Siemens appliances - no noise from the neighbours 3. It is cosy - perfect combination between old and new 4. Fully epuiped kitchen - microwave - hot air oven - induction cooker - dishwasher - fridge and separate freezer - nespresso machine - new pots and a good pan 5. Perfect beds - comfortable large bed in the bedroom - comfortable sofabed in the livingroom 6. Wonderfull new bathroom - large shower (120cm x 120cm?) with lovely rainshower - good hairdryer 7. Very clean 8. Perfect host and friends - fast and accurate reply to all messages - proactive when making arrangements for arrival and departure 9. Highly recommended !!!

This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

A very spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed apartment in a wonderful location. Host met us at the street door to greet us. Good local shops including a Lidl & a Mercardo. Opposite the old Colon Mercado ( with bars & restaurants) and easy walking to the old river and all the facilities. Nice vegetarian restaurant in the next street. Nearest Metro station at the end of the street is Colon with easy access to all other metro lines and airport.

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there just fine. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very beautiful beach and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't beat that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and it also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain to the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. Vicente and Gonzalo, thank you again and maybe see you again.

The location is ideal for someone who wants to visit the center of Valencia. The house is good for staying. Tana is very customer experienced and supportive to his customers. Whatever I wanted Tana threated extremely well and I really appreciated that. For me that's the most important.

The apartment was absolutely stunning and in such a great location! The hosts were all so lovely and super fast to get back to us as well :) We had some small issues but they were so quick and friendly to get them sorted for us! Would definitely recommend as a place to stay if you’re wanting to visit Valencia!!!

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

The location is excellent and the penthouse is wonderful, just as it was in the photos and descriptions. We really liked it, we will definitely return if we come to Denia again.

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
