Vacation rentals with lake access in Benidorm

Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce! Spędziliśmy tam czas z trójką dzieci i wszyscy byliśmy zachwyceni. To doskonałe miejsce na rodzinne spacery. Dom, w którym mieszkaliśmy, był nieskazitelnie czysty i świeżo po remoncie – wszystko wyglądało jak nowe i robiło bardzo dobre wrażenie. Dbałość o detale i czystość sprawiły, że czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Okolica była wyjątkowo spokojna, co w dużej mierze zapewniał zamknięty teren, na którym znajdował się dom. Dzięki temu mogliśmy naprawdę odpocząć, bez zgiełku i hałasu z zewnątrz. To miejsce jest świetnie przystosowane dla rodzin – w pobliżu znajduje się basen, a także mały, ale dobrze wyposażony plac zabaw dla dzieci. Dodatkowym atutem była bliskość plaży, na którą można dojść w około 5-7 minut spacerem. Taka odległość sprawiała, że mogliśmy często korzystać z uroków plażowania, bez potrzeby dalekich wypraw. Polecamy każdemu, a Antonio i Mayya dziękujemy za gościnę ❤️.

Pasamos una semana fantástica, no nos faltó de nada en la casa, muy cerquita de Villajoyosa y del mismo pueblo de Orxeta. Zona muy tranquila y casa confortable con camas muy cómodas la verdad como si estuvieras en tu casa. La piscina da mucho juego y se está de lujo en el porche.Le faltaría un repasito a los exteriores y una vallado a toda la finca por todo lo demás genial, para volver

Lovely location, 5 mins to the tram for Alicante, Benidorm and the larger beaches. clean house and quiet location, good pool and a pool bar. small square 10 mins walk with a pizzeria, bars etc. small supermarket 5 mins walk near the tram station.

A great quiet place not far away from the locl restaurants. You'll need a flashlight or cellphone light for the walk to the beach area

Maravilloso lugar para descansar y relajarse un fin de semana en familia o con amigos, los anfitriones siempre pendientes de todo, muy recomendable, sin duda repetiría.

Casa estiva a schiera molto comoda e che offre differenti spazi , anche all'aperto. Parcheggio per Auto di fronte l'entrata. Dentro si trova tutto il necessario , soprattutto la Cucina molto completa. Ottima pulizia. Siamo stati tutta la famiglia molto bene e sicuramente torneremo.

Meine 17-jährige Tochter und ich hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Bis zu den schönen Stränden von Pego und Oliva hat es mit dem Auto jeweils 10-12 Minuten gedauert. Denia ist auch nicht weit entfernt und sehr schön. Es war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr heiß. Aber wenn man die Fenster und Balkontür öffnet und schön Durchzug macht, dann ist es auszuhalten. Es gibt auch noch zwei große tragbare Standventilatoren. Genossen haben wir, abends auf dem kleinen Balkon zu sitzen. Sehr gut war auch der Pool hinter dem Haus. Hier konnte man richtig schwimmen und sich in Ruhe erholen, da zu unserer Zeit, kaum einer ihn benutzt hat.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The apartment is in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach, and it gets so much sunlight. The view of the sea from the windows is incredible, especially during sunsets. The apartment also has everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I have never seen such caring hosts. They received us with a basket of surprises, they gave us so many recommandations, they would answer so fast, they translated for us for our driver who didn't speak a word of English, they offered to help us find a driver and even to call them if we had any trouble while traveling on our bikes. They even came to offer us some fresh fruits. They truly were so amazing and helpful and caring!!! I will definitely keep that host in mind for any other travel in the area!!!

El alojamiento está genial y es tal como se aprecia en las fotos. Nos pusieron todas las facilidades tanto para entrar como para salir. Fueron muy atentos y agradables. El alojamiento en si tiene todas las comodidades necesarias (pequeño y gran menaje, toallas, jabón, etc.) Muy recomendable.

The apartment was very relaxing and comfortable. The beach was minutes away via foot. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Very nice central location. Rooms were spacious and the decor was tasteful and appealing. Bright and airy apartment. The transfer offer was really helpful and appreciated too, made everything very easy.

We had a great time in the house of Maurice & Deniz. They are very proactive and helped us with the collection of the groceries at the shop so we didn’t have to walk. The apartment has all the needed amenities and facilities. The swimming pool is great for relaxation. All in all we can highly recommend staying at Maurice & Deniz place.
