Our favorite: Exclusivity and relaxation in downtown Gandia. The perfect place for a romantic getaway. 40m2 Penthouse Apartment on the Second Floor of the building and a 15m² private terrace with solarium, hammocks and covered Jacuzzi. It has a living room-kitchen area with access to a small balcony and high bar, and a bedroom area with a queen size bed (150x190) and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and access to a second balcony. Without a doubt, L'Penthouse is our Star Apartment, ¡with terrace-solarium and private jacuzzi! Our obsession with taking care of the details is appreciated in every corner of a stay set in the Mediterranean-chic style and fully equipped for your maximum comfort: Lounge area with sofa and TV with the APPs Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc, air conditioning and heating installation. Kitchen area, fully equipped, with kitchenware for 2 people, high bar and stools, free fridge CREATED with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. It has access to small balcony that has a table and outdoor chair. Bedroom area with a large closet and a queen-size bed (150x190), from which you can access the en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a second balcony. Bedroom features a fan in the ceiling. Through some interior stairs, you can access the rooftop, a private terrace that has a solarium area with 2 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a table and chairs, and a covered and enclosed area with a private jacuzzi. The building does not have an elevator, to reach our apartment-tico you have to walk up to the second floor of the building. There is no daily cleaning service/linen change/towels. If required, services may be provided at an additional cost.

Casa Montgó is in a prime location, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of the valley. It is located in a quiet residential area, ideal for those seeking peace, privacy and relaxation. Spacious and elegant, carefully decorated and with everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay with family or friends. Being away from the urban center guarantees tranquility and privacy. We recommend having a vehicle for getting around, including accessing the garbage collection point.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell.
