In the middle of busy area but good location and walking distance to park and lake.

Utse is a very clean and centrally located place. We would love to stay again here!

everything 5 star... no doubt about it.. But 2500 for just one single room is a bit difficult to digest.

Prefect place and great food

We booked a room with a queen's bed in this serviced apartment (and not a boutique hotel as is listed) for a three-night stay. We were glad to find that the room with its very tastefully done decor along with the amenities looked exactly like those displayed in the listing. Or, even better. The rooms were clean and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay were adequate. Though Sarit did not communicate nor was reachable (one Mr Ashok could be contacted instead), the property is very efficiently managed by Mr Goutam Bhowmik round-the-clock. The Housekeeping Staff under Priya and comprising Aryan and others are more than willing to help the guests. Overall, a memorable stay and would like to visit again. It is unfortunate that this listing has very little reviews.

Brilliant stay in a very nice neighbourhood

If you are deciding to come to Bangalore and need a place to place near Indiranagar. Sanctum suits is the best. My go to place for all my visits to Bangalore.

Memorable experience

i have stayed at their place more than twice and never had the problem, Staff is supportive smooth check in, Check out. Rooms are spacious and clean. They have become my fav Go to Place in Bengaluru.

This is really nice place very close to the airport and was a perfect overnight stay during our road trip. The staff is very efficient and the room has a really good bed and a very functional shower. Only low point was some lack of cleanliness in one of the two rooms that we had booked. However, the other room was pretty clean so it was probably an exception. I would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed on their first day of opening so had some teething issues with room equipment, the staff was helpful and promt to resolve them. Location wise it's very close to the indran Nagar metro station and the hub. Good value for money

The host was very responsive and accepted the booking despite being a lady minute booking. It's a little hard to find but it's a good space. Rooms are tiny. Make sure you book for two if you are arriving with friend. I had to pay extra on arrival because I assumed we're booking the full room but that wasn't the case. Good experience otherwise

Great place to stay near to airport and Devanahalli area. Has professional staff. Great deal in the price paid. Has great looking modern in house restaurant which serves good breakfast. Rooms are good too. Great amenities and cleanliness as per the paid price.

Great location, helpful and knowledgable host, fun stay!

The stay was very wonderful with neat and tidy rooms with all facilities. The front desk staff especially Mr. Mathew was always very helpful with a broad and sincere smile. We have enjoyed more than what we actually paid for. Nice and lively location where exclusive showrooms of all famous brands, multi cuisine restaurants, cafes, and a lot of shopping activities are available. Great place to stay!!
