Beautiful house close to the sea with a nice walk to Allicante. Nice cosy places to visit 30-40 min driving, for example Gudalest. The location makes it recomended to have a car for use to supermsrkeds etc. Thans for a nice stay, Rune

Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

Clear video and instructions to find the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment was neat and clean, well tidied up. Located in a quiet area, supermarket, restaurants and the sea is all very close. Upon arrival, I did miss some basic hygiene things like a toilet roll and a little hand soap. Everything else was fine!

A good little spot to enjoy all that Benidorm has to offer, and just as described. The area the apartment is in is just off the Rincon De Loix, quite near Lidl, so it's very handy to be able to get a few cheap bits in there for the cupboard (rather than buying from those overpriced convenience stores around the city). It's in a quiet area although we did hear a bit of noise from the other apartments but I suppose this is to be expected, nothing that ruined our holiday though. The bed was comfy, and there was a good sized TV with Premium YouTube etc, and everything we needed was there for us. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace, watching the doves flying around while having a coffee, although it does get hot out there once the Sun arcs round and hits it full on (great if you need to dry some clothes though if traveling light). Anyway we had a great time (Benidorm in February, was as good as ever, we saw countless live acts in just a few days) and Chris & Marie kept us informed throughout.

The apartment corresponds in everything to what is detailed, 3 spacious rooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room with terrace… It has everything you need to spend a few days without any problems. Everything is very clean, comfortable beds. Around the corner there is a supermarket, 3 bakeries, and a little further on the promenade with plenty of options to eat. It is located on 2nd row from the sea, but it is a 5-minute walk and you get to the beach, which is sandy and very good for children. It has a garage for a large car that makes everything easy. Roberto was there for us and quickly answered my questions. He was flexible with the schedules. He came to give us the keys and show us the entire apartment.
