After a flight of stairs to the first floor, you will see a bright living room, a full kitchen with very large windows facing the park across the street, and a full bathroom. Next to it, you will find a very bright room with a double bed and a full bathroom with a shower. Going up another flight of stairs, you will find the second living room with a terrace and another double room with a double bed and its full bathroom. From that entrance hall, each apartment is accessed through a private door. There is a ground floor with a direct entrance and a duplex penthouse, which must be accessed after a flight of stairs. The apartment is a penthouse duplex located on the first floor of the building, which does not have an elevator. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space.
