We had a great stay! Isabel was very accommodating and assisted us several times with finding storage for our luggage and booking us a taxi. The place was beautiful and close to the beach and other wonderful places nearby such as parks and restaurants. We would stay here again for sure!

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.

House located in a very quiet urbanization and just minutes from downtown. The house is beautiful even better than the photos, it is not missing detail and with an incredible pool and surrounded by a very well cared for patio. In the backyard it has a garden furniture area with a jacuzzi that is a delight. The host always aware that all was well. In short, 10. We will be back for sure

We enjoyed the rental. It's secure, clean and quiet. The house is good for 4 people and the outside is nice to relax in because there's no noise. There was a pool that was clean, but we didn't get a chance to enjoy it (we were more often at the beach and our stay wasn't long enough). On the other hand, you need a vehicle to access the supermarkets (Carrefour, Lidl) and the beach. We were not far from Benidorm with its beautiful beach and restaurants. As well as a big shopping mall "La Marina". All about 10–15 minutes from the rental by car and quickly accessible. A great stay and a very good rental. Jessie.

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

THE HOUSE IS PERFECT FOR A STAY WITH FRIENDS. THE BEDROOMS ARE BIG AND SPACIOUS, ALL WITH A DIFFERENT AND SPECTACULAR BATHROOM. THE KITCHEN IS IMMENSE AND WITH ALL THE NECESSARY UTENSILS. THE TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE POOL IS VERY NICE TO BE ALL GATHERED. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WE'LL DEFINITELY DO IT AGAIN. THE HOST, ONOFRE, GAVE US ALL KINDS OF FACILITIES, BOTH FOR THE ENTRANCE AND FOR THE EXIT. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT 100%.
