From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. This was a fantastic place to stay, just off the M1, yet in the former village of Broughton, so very attractive surroundings and open space to walk my dog. It's also very convenient for visiting the centre of Milton Keynes, I was going to the theatre, which is ten minute drive, I would certainly stay here again.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at The White Cottage, facilities are great. The kitchen has everything you need, excellently equipped. We liked the fact there is a downstairs bathroom as well as an upstairs one with a bath.

Absolutely beautiful stay at the lodge! The place was immaculately clean and tidy upon arrival with plenty of toiletries and towels in the bathroom. Debs is a great host, very friendly and answers quickly. Would definitely recommend 😊

Beautifully renovated barn with so many personal touches, everything was absolutely perfect. Nicki and Ian were wonderful hosts; warm welcome and everything we needed. Our actors stayed at Nancy's house while rehearsing with us. Nancy was great at communicating with us about check in/out and helping us with any questions they had during their stay. It is a wonderful home from home for our actors. We look forward to our future stays.

Lovely little barn conversion. Perfect place to stay for my husband, my daughter, the dog and I, while we visited family. Very clean and everything we needed was provided.

A lovely place and it made for a smooth stay and convenient for the rural drive along to Duxford (about 10 mins). There are peaceful walks on the doorstep and it’s about a 10 min. walk to The Pheasant pub (good food/drinks). It was a hot week and the little room did get very toasty but the fan helped (and was quiet enough for night time use). Also the park & ride was ideal (the Trumpington one) and stopped at the beautiful botanic gardens in Cambridge which we’d highly recommend for a great picnic and a relax. Would recommend this place…Jemma & the little dogs were lovely hosts and we’d like to return sometime.

My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay here. All the hosts’ communication was clear and helpful and friendly. The flat was a wonderful space, free from clutter, and very calming. Loved the garden space. The kitchen was very well laid out with all the various bits and bobs we needed. Would definitely recommend this place and would like to thank our amazing hosts once again! :)

My extended stay in Elaine's annex was just perfect for me! Its a cozy flat and has exactly what you need, was perfect for me whilst working away from home. Elaine was quick to respond, was very flexible and accommodating to my requests and was always ready to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to main roads into milton keynes, plentiful on street parking and a 2 minute walk over to Asda. Was a wonderful stay thanks Elaine, I will definitely be back!

Great location if you’re weekending at Silverstone like we were. Very clean and comfy accommodation with the added extra delight of a Kestrel perching on a tree just outside each morning looking for its breakfast as well s the lambs up in the field beyond

Had a fabulous stay at Ben's place. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The studio was well equipped with everything you could want and the extra touches like the fresh milk were much appreciated after a long journey. A beautiful area and we loved watching the red kites flying and swooping in the skies above. All in all a fantastic place. Thanks very much for such a great weekend!

I had the pleasure of staying at Tracy's property in the Hertfordshire area recently and I must say it was a delightful experience. The property is incredibly cosy, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. Tracy, the host, was exceptionally gracious and attentive. She responded to all our requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home. Amanda’s place is wonderful It always seem to exceed our expectations.

Tucked away at the back of the shops, right on the High Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely little village. The way in was a little bit tight and you had drive carefully through the archway. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Very quiet. And the Museum was wonderful!

This place is a gem. Everything was so wonderful, super clean, and the host was so responsive and helpful. As long as you have a car, this is a wonderful place. During the summer, the apartment can get very hot, so be mindful of the temperature during summer. I highly recommend this place!

I was amazed, as others have been before me, at the generous number of provisions provided to make anyone’s stay easy and comfortable. I kept finding more each day. It is quite unusual but implores such gratitude from a visitor and makes it feel like the host is a caring person. I was also amazed at the accommodation itself because it is well planned and offers so much in a small space. It was quiet there and the bonus was being able to park on the premises. I would recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Sarah's place. It's tucked away from the road so could have been tricky to find, but the directions were great. Sarah met us at check in and made us feel at home. The apartment itself was clean and bright. There's plenty of natural light and a lovely view over the garden. The living room/kitchen area is much more spacious than the pictures show, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is great to reach the train station and the pub in walking distance was quite nice. The train line is relatively nearby so there is a bit of train noise, but for the space you get, convenience of the location and overall experience, its only a minor thing. The sound didn't keep any of us awake but you could hear the sound of passing trains. We'd definitely stay again and would recommend the place to any friends travelling to the area.

Had a great stay at Susan’s. The place is beautifully presented and very clean. Susan also left some chocolate and snacks which is very nice. She is a great communicator. Highly recommend her place!

We stayed for one night at Stephen's on our way between university open day visits. Its a very beautiful location, absolutely stunning property and a very gorgeous black Labradog that kept us entertained! Extremely comfortable sofa & beds and decadently huge TV! All the facilities we could want and Stephen was so helpful. Better than home. Would certainly stay here again.
