Beautiful view of the 2500 M2 orchard, with terrace, garden furniture, relaxation lounge, gas barbecue, trampoline, swimming pool, games for children..... This accommodation dates back to 1784, restored with elegance. Nordic and modern decoration, very warm, a real cocoon with nature and calm. Ideal for recharging your batteries on vacation. The sheepfold is well located for visiting wine-growing towns and villages.

A 10-minute walk from the train station, close to the motorway exit and all shops, stop in Beaune at this simple and functional house built in 1985. Set back from the road, you will be in a quiet place while being close (15 minutes) to the historic city center. Air conditioning in the large upstairs room that allows you to cool the whole place a little in summer. Parties and events are prohibited due to the very close neighborhood. The main living room and the ground floor are in a converted garage.

We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.
