Come and recharge your batteries with family, friends or for small seminars in this house from the 2010s. The main room of the house is 80 m² (Kitchen/Living room/Billiards). The house has 5 bedrooms upstairs, each with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 200 bed. Two are equipped with a shower room. The terrace is equipped for 15 people, there are 2 gas grills. The heated pool (27°) is open all year round, covered from October to May (these dates may vary depending on the weather).

Simple and functional house, 10-minute walk from the train station, close to the highway exit and all shops. Set back from the road, you will be in a quiet area while being close (15-minute walk) to the historic city center. 15 beds + 2 additional places on sofa beds. Unheated swimming pool from June 1st to September 1st. Air conditioning in the large upstairs room that cools the whole place in summer. Parties and events are prohibited due to the very close neighborhood.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building that is part of this former wine house and is therefore independent: see description. No parties on site. At the foot of the vines

30 m2 apartment, newly renovated in the heart of the Puligny Montrachet vineyard renowned for its great wines. A pool is available from June to the end of August with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment. You can enjoy going for walks. A barbecue is available, and then you can have a drink in peace and quiet. Closed courtyard for your vehicle. A key box is available for your autonomy. I hope you have a lovely stay.

We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.

The Merlin house is a gîte with a capacity of 18 people located in the heart of the village of Savigny-lès-Beaune, it enjoys a prime location in the center of the village which is among the most beautiful vineyards of the Côte de Beaune.
