Bedroom and private bathroom (towels provided) The bedroom opens onto a small garden. The apartment is located in the Citadel district (bakery, butcher, caterer, tobacco store 2 minutes' walk). Facing the lively pedestrian zone of Les Halles, located 40m away, this studio is ideal for a tourist stay in Dijon. Located on the ground floor, its crafted door opens onto a small quiet and tranquil paved inner courtyard. Renovated, it consists of one room with a large double bed and seating area with individual bed heater, small kitchen, bathroom with shower. It is equipped with a large TV, storage. A snack basket is provided. Fiber WiFi.

This may be the ideal solution for your accommodation during a stopover or a stay in Beaune. This is a 2-room independent apartment in my family home, quiet and yet in the heart of the city, a 5-minute walk to the famous Hospices and other cultural curiosities as well as next to a multitude of restaurants and the largest square in the city where you can park your car for free, which will be safe by video surveillance.

Small 15 m2 studio, ideal for 1 or 2 people. Located in the arquebuse district, 5 minutes' walk from the train station and the Cité de la gastronomie and 10 minutes from downtown (Darcy Square). ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I specify that the apartment is on the railway side, even if it is well insulated (sound curtains, acoustic panels...) noise disturbances are present. Please do not book if you are sensitive to noise.

You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
