Belle Monte is a lovely light-filled 2 story home on high bluff overlooking Middle Creek off the Whale Branch river in Beaufort, SC. See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! Enjoy swimming (ladder provided), kayaking or paddle boarding. Great area for fishing and crabbing. Well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, gas grill, screened-in porch, game table & more!

The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. Located in the historic district of Beaufort just ~8 blocks from downtown and a quick 12min drive to Parris Island, this is the perfect home for graduation, vacation or work. Many of the pieces, artwork and pictures are from the owner's travels around the world. The yard is fenced in to offer privacy, the neighbor is an officer, free Hunting Island pass, beach gear and the internet is super fast. ALL are welcome! :)
