Monthly Rentals in Beadlam

Lovely stay over the Easter weekend! The house was spacious, well equipped, and had all the comforts needed for a sociable family night in. The bedrooms were all comfortable and we had two great nights’ sleep, and the en-suite plus main bathroom was a real bonus given there were 6 adults. We used the property as a base for exploring the local area, visiting Helmsley and Kirbymoorside and Rosedale Abbey over the weekend, and it was a perfect place to come back to at the end of the day. Helen’s instructions were clear and she was proactive and always on hand to answer any questions. Overall a great stay, and we’d definitely book again and recommend!

The property was booked for two members of my family as a gift. They both had a wonderful time and couldn't fault their stay at all. They loved hearing about the history of the conversion and found the owners to be lovely people. Communication on booking was friendly and straightforward, I hope I can stay there myself one day!

Great value for money. Walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants. A lovely base for our day out at flamingoland. The cottage was well equipped. Would recommend.

We didnt meet Ailsa for our two night stay but she was really responsive on messages and we loved our stay at the Bothy. The bothy was spotless and everything we needed for our short visit. The views and surrounding area was beautiful. We found the best cafe in Helmsley called the feather trail cafe which did amazing breakfast and coffee (highly recommend) we also did some short walks around the area too but would love to come back for more longer hikes too.
