Monthly Rentals in Beachwood

This is located 3.5 miles from Hillcrest Medical Center which was perfect for our stay. We were in town for my dad’s surgery. The house was perfect in all ways. Very spacious, very clean and easy access to everything. I had a personal hiccup with the surgeons office that caused our stay to be extended. I reached out to Jody and she was beyond accommodating. So very THANKFUL. Highly recommend this home!

Location is very accesible to UH Cleveland Medical Center and Restaurants. Easy to check in, a little bit tight on the parking area but manageable.

Comfortable place in quiet and safe location. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Great host- very responsive.

I stayed at Rachel’s place for the first 6 weeks of my work contract and it was exactly what I needed to get settled into Cleveland. The property was clean and stocked with a starter kit of necessary supplies and toiletries. Plenty of cookware for the stay. The unit didn’t have heating/cooling controls (I think the upstairs unit had the controls), but there are two electric fireplaces and a couple fans to make it more comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the firm bed. If you sleep on a soft mattress at home and plan on staying for a while, your back will not be too happy. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Whenever I had a question or problem, Rachel was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
