He was incredibly helpful throughout my long journey from California to Andalucía, offering invaluable advice on transportation, airport options, and always staying in touch. We enjoyed the beautiful large house with two balconies. Especially the upper balcony had great views! Bayarque is a beautiful small village surrounded by magnificent nature. We especially liked the walk to Cueva de Paloma! Among other things, we went to the desert of Tabernas and to the sea. You can get anywhere. The workspace to work remotely is super nice and all worked fine. And most importantly, the host is really the best! We had problems with our car and he was so nice and really helped us super well. Ivan, you get 10 stars from us!

My husband David and I, Georgina stayed here for 4 months. We absolutely loved it, the views are breathtaking and every afternoon was a pleasure to sit under the olive tree and admire the view. The villa is very spacious and has been equipped extremely well. Beds are very comfortable and there is an abundant supply of bedding and towels. Victor was extremely helpful to us in our stay and any help we needed for sorting things out in Spanish he was there for us. Such a gentleman. We did most of our main shopping in Vera where there are quite a few large supermarkets. Vera, a beautiful town with a wonderful plaza with many restaurants. Mojacar and Garrucha are beautiful beaches, not too far away. We had a wonderful experience staying at the Airbnb and also got to know the caretaker/gardener who brought us many lettuces, oranges and lemons. He is very kind. We were actually quite sad to leave as it had been our home for 4 months. Would definitely recommend this place without a doubt.
