Colin的房子非常的漂亮，后院的绣球花开得很好，院子足够停2-3辆车的空间，位置很安静，强烈推荐大家来住！首先他非常热情，我们虽然没见到Colin，但是有问题他能够及时回复，感谢他给的私密性。进门时看到厨房放的新鲜水果和果汁，冰箱里还给准备了新鲜的牛奶，孩子们和老人们都太开心了，特别适合中国家庭做饭。其次用品很齐全，还配有儿童的书本和游戏棋。最后退房当天由于大雨，Colin还让我们延迟退了房。是个非常好的房东了。 Colin's house is absolutely beautiful, with hydrangeas blooming splendidly in the backyard. The yard has enough space to park 2-3 cars, and the location is very quiet. I highly recommend staying here! First of all, Colin is extremely hospitable. Although we didn’t meet him in person, he responded promptly to any questions we had. We really appreciated the privacy he provided. Upon entering, we noticed fresh fruits and juice in the kitchen, as well as fresh milk in the fridge—both the kids and the elderly were thrilled! The house is especially suitable for Chinese families who love cooking.Secondly, the amenities are very well-equipped, including children’s books and board games. Finally, on the day of checkout, due to heavy rain, Colin kindly allowed us to delay our departure.

A beautiful place! Surrounded by nature and still close to the city. The heater was already on when we arrived, which was perfect as it was a bit cold. The beds were very comfortable, and we all had a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

We stayed at Wades place over the xmas and new year period. The bach had enough space for us to host a Christmas day for our large family, not to mention the beach directly across the road where swimming was patrolled daily. The view of the beach and surrounding islands, sunsets and sunrises from the upstairs level is absolutely amazing. The house is clean and tidy and is well equipped with everything you would need. Wade is amazing to deal with and very accommodating to special requests. If you want a good kiwi holiday by the beach, this is the place to do it!! I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely and private space to stay. Greeted by Mike and cute dog when we arrived. Extremely clear instructions and communication with helpful signs. Hot tub and view were excellent. We didn't get to light the fire but would love to next time. Horse and dog being around was enjoyable, they're friendly and sweet. Only thing is that it can be a bit chilly - use the heater in the room and use bathroom before bed cause it's cold to go in the night outside (bathroom not connected to main room).

The kind of place I love; clean, homeley, friendly and without pretention. Clean, spacious, comfortable and very reasonably priced. Comfortable beds, great shower and the cat and rabbit added a huge layer of happy for us all. backs on to a beautiful reserve and great for walking.

LeeAnnes place was absolutely beautiful! a nice new, modern and clean space that was also very spacious. I only stayed one night but I definitely want to come back here in the future. LeeAnne was such a responsive host and her instructions were clear on where to park etc. I cannot recommend this place enough, and the pathway to the beach is right next to the house too! I will definitely be back here.

My husband and I had the best stay at Hinemoa Guest house with our 3 year old daughter. It was an amazing location, walking distance to the luge/skyline, mini golf and an awesome playground and park that our daughter loved. The house itself was very clean, tidy, modern and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The hosts were very helpful, friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning! 😊

Beautiful home on a nice quiet street. Very clean home and towels were provided. Big yard with a playground. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine. Also has a reading area with books just off the lounge area. Has a bath with a seperate shower. Plenty of double doors one of them opening to a semi enclosed patio at the back. Another going on to the front patio and one to the side garden. Would definitely book this property again.
