Absolutely perfect for us. Get escape away from people and just super relaxing watching the ocean views. The Bach is the typical kiwi bach very easy to feel at home. We will definitely stay again if we can.

David and Lynn are truly delightful! Their accommodations were the perfect place to stay in Tairua. With a warm welcome and a clean, well equipped guesthouse steps from the water we couldn’t have asked for more! We hope to return someday and will recommend their place to others. Amazing place to stay. Super cosy, spotlessly clean, & super comfortable bed. Thanks for being pet friendly, we loved our weekend away with our 2 year of Labrador. 2 minute walk to beautiful beach for her to run & swim. Lots of thoughtful little extras, milk & juice in fridge, tea and coffee supplies, dog towels & balls. Thanks Wendy for a wonderful stay

This was my second stay and I very much enjoyed it. The place was clean, warm, we had everything we needed for cooking, it’s close to the beach or the bay and my dog had a blast too! I’ll definitely stay again.

Quintessential kiwi bach. It's rustic which is reflected in the price. Great check-in and absolutely stunning location. So lucky to have been able to bring my dog. Lovely gesture to provide wine and chocolate biscuits.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lisa & Rob’s and highly recommend!! Location is perfect - right across from the beach and short walk to cafe’s & shops. Awesome little apartment. Kids loved the pool and spa. Really close to the beach. Had everything we needed for our family, will definitely be back. Cloe was supper accommodating and helped us immensely.

Short drive from the airport, Close to lots of amazing cafes, the beach, and hot pools. Fantastic views from the top of Mount Maunganui - worth the climb. Hot pools were great to soak away any aches after the climb.

We had a great time at Suzanne’s place. Perfect location with lots of things to do close by. The apartment is very comfortable with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place and we would love to come back.

We had an amazing four night stay here. The apartment was excellently furnished, the location effectively on the lakefront was fantastic and the outlook across the lake to Mount Tarawera was beautiful. We could not have wished for more. Thank you Murray for being such a great host

Great place to stay on the water with a great view of the river. The unit was spotless and couldn't be faulted. There is an omission from the website as the unit does come with a washer AND dryer (not always easy to find) which we found fantastic having spent time elsewhere beforehand. Both Bronwyn and Kathie were great to talk to and informative on the area and things to do. Definitely recommend our unit (B) which was was upstairs.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Sand Dunes Studio. The studio was just as described very private and quiet. Sue is a great host making us feel very welcome. The beach is just a short walk away and is lovely. We look forward to visiting again.

We loved this lovely apartment by the sea, easy instructions from Sally, fabulous view of the Pacific, stylish and well equipped place to stay. Great walks on the beach, and a 2 minute drive to a little Mexican cantina for dinner. Highly recommend.

Barbara’s home was cosy, comfortable, extremely clean and modern. Her 2 bedroom house was quite spacious with little seated areas outside great for sunny days. Her home was easily accessible to grocery stores, a plaza, the beach and many restaurants. Barbara was very welcoming towards us and quickly double checked that we were happy with everything. She is a fantastic host and I along with my kids would highly recommend her accommodation.

If it's possible to give a 10-star review, we definitely would! Char's home is definitely one of the best AirBnb's we have ever stayed in. Upon entering, you will see the huge living room & kitchen which were as beautiful as the pictures posted. From there, you can see the play area and deck in the backyard. You can hear the waves every minute of the day. The kids raved about their room which had toys (and there even was a special drawer filled with kids' plates and utensils in the kitchen)! Everyone fell in love with the main bedroom as it was super cozy and huge as well. The best part was that the home was super near the beach. We were able to run there early in the morning & watched the sunrise. Char was extremely helpful in providing all info, from checking in, to our stay up until checking out. All of us are definitely saving Char's place for future stays in Ohope! We're so happy to have made this our home as well even for just a few days. We were all able to fully recharge ♡

We loved our stay here. The place was extremely clean and furnished beautifully. The bed and sofa were super comfortable. The beach was just down the road and easy to get to. There is an also fire pit and bbq. We are definitely going to try and stay here again !
