Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bath

Everything was as described and more! With a wonderful location close to town, good privacy, and so much space inside with many commodities we wouldn’t even think of. Even our dog had a fun filled week with us. We hope to visit again, it’s just the perfect home away from home. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay.

Our stay was so relaxing. The house is very comfortable and we felt at home right away. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The sauna is absolutely magical and the lake was quiet and peaceful. Check in/out was a breeze. Perfect spot for a relaxing long weekend with zero stress.

The Harding Farmhouse was one of our all-time favorite Airbnb stays. We felt like we were in the home of lovely and welcoming hosts, as we found another fascinating bit of history in every nook and around every corner. Our intergenerational family fit easily into this sprawling home and we found the kitchen perfect for preparing a feast. The beds and bathrooms were all modern and comfortable and the yard was peaceful. Judith was very responsive and generous in helping us with our needs. Highly recommended.

Jody and Matt were great hosts. The space they have created is so cozy and spacious. I can't say enough about how helpful the guide they created was. The local recommendations they had listed were super helpful and made our stay more special with some of the places we had visited.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We unexpectedly had beautiful cloudless days most of the week. Great location & easy to get to the Harbor and Southport both of which we enjoyed! Recommend the Carriage House for a really top quality meal as well as Blue Moon Cafe (good lobster roll) which was one of Shirin’s recommendations. Would totally stay here again!!

This property is so incredibly lovely. And Linda is such a helpful and considerate host! Everything looks exactly as pictured—actually the home is more spacious than the photos let on. You can easily stroll downtown, go to Mae’s right down the street for breakfast, walk to Pane Solo for insanely beautiful croissants! Bed linens were high quality and soft towels were plentiful! The kitchen is so well equipped! I mean, I have never had an Airbnb with everything I wanted in the kitchen. We even hosted family for a brunch while I was there, and I cooked everything! Thanks so much for a lovely stay. If we are in the area again, we will return!

A very nice, clean and convient apartment (house) near active area of Brunswick. Peter was quick to welcome us in person after we checked in. The house was well-appinted, relatively quiet and had all the amenities we could ask for. My only (small) negative might be about the mattress. I found it very firm, like a futon. Some may find this therapeutic, but I found it difficult to sleep well on. It's only a small issue; he cannot cater to all guests' sleep habits. The location is right on a busy thoroughfare and there is a lot of traffic during the day, but at night things got pretty quiet. The house is well insulated and very little road noise is heard. Overall, this is one of the best properties in which we have stayed over the years with Air BnB. I'd return. It's a very nice place, convenient location and good value. Enjoy!

Lovely, comfortable stay with thoughtful decor and hospitality. Close enough to Portland and outdoor adventures while feeling quiet, peaceful and away from it all.

Robert’s place was the perfect getaway for me calm, quiet, and peaceful. Everything was perfect, the space was cozy and neat, it had everything I needed for a few days away. Quick drive to the harbor with lots to do if one chooses. Hoping to make it back there soon.

A beautiful and cozy space with lovely natural light and generous room to spread out. The full kitchen is equipped like a real home, with everything from basic pots and pans to whisks and even nut crackers! A great place for cooking full meals. A nice quiet location, even with its relative proximity to a regularly-traveled road. I'm sensitive to noise and was never bothered by sounds of traffic. Pettengill Farm is only a few minutes up the road, a beautiful place to walk for both dogs and humans and really easy to access multiple times a day. Mandana was always very responsive to communication, and when there was a glitch with Airbnb's fee calculation she was extremely helpful and approachable and took care of it immediately.

This apartment was so clean, well decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. The location is perfect. So close to downtown Wiscasset, Boothbay and Freeport. This was our 2nd stay and we will return. Kathleen is a great host!

Wonderful little spot very close to the beach. Plenty of places to walk to from the location as well as a short drive to Old Orchard Beach. Would come back in a heartbeat!

The condo was perfect! Very clean, neat, cute decor. I loved the box of dog supplies that the host left. The condo was also in a GREAT area, walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, stores. The host, Jason was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return to Portland and stay in this condo again.

We spent a long weekend in Portland at Weston’s penthouse. The apartment was excellent. Location was amazing - you can walk to everything in Portland. Apartment was comfortable and spotless. We were a little worried about the water pressure comments- but we found the water pressure- fine- average flow- not sure if changes had been made but this was not an issue at all. Weston allowed us to drop our luggage off early due to our early flight which also worked out great. I would definitely recommend this location for a stay in Portland
