Loft vacation rentals in Batangas

I stayed here in 2020 and fell in love with the place. It is a great place to stay if you want to have some peace and quiet and get in touch with nature. Huge plus for the gym and the lap pool. Customer service is top notch! I will keep coming back.

The place is recommended for big groups. It is just a few-minute walk going to the beach. The place also has a balcony with the lagoon view where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The host also provides freebies such as 2 boxes of banana chips and 2 ref magnets. Overall it's a great experience staying here and will definintely go back in the future.

Place is nice with accommodating host and good security. It's close to places you would need during your stay, and also places you would want to go to are easily accessible.

We booked the place to prep for our friend’s wedding. The place is great. Cozy and cute. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. Ms Jhen, the contact person is quick to respond to our inquiries. The location is accessible to deliveries even late at night.

Ms. Kit and Sir Darwin's place is so cool, clean, and quiet to stay for a night. They are also easy to reach-out when needed something or receiving instructions from them. Important to us is our security, the pueblo have guards to check the place and from the entrance. Ate Naneth assisted us from our check-in to check-out. All things we need from the house was there, we're just hearing the people beside the loft when we are in the kitchen cooking, but regardless, all things considered, overall the stay was great! Me and my fiancee took on adventure to go to the public beach area which from the house, we walked on the river to the beach (we are advised by the owners on this, we just wanted to check if we can walk on the river, haha!). We could've went to nearby resorts with just 50php entrance, which was more convenient. Ha! This house is near on convenience stores too (12min walk to 7-Eleven and Alfamart). This house was definitely a great place to book if you want to explore Laiya!

Super accommodating and no hassle at all! They gave us fruits, the loft was so clean when we arrived and it smelled super good too. Basic utensils and cooking equipment are there also so it was a stress free trip for all of us.

Had a wonderful stay! The host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely stay again!

it's a great place to celebrate New Year's Eve. the neighborhood is very peaceful. our dogs have been at peace since the place is away from noisy firecrackers. a good location as well to walk the dogs. the unit was also clean and fully equipped. the caretaker and host were easy to reach out to. this stay was able to meet our expectations.
