My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Edwin, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating with all of my requests. The caretakers were friendly and very helpful, adding to the experience. The property itself is clean and beautiful, with everything well-maintained. The only issue we encountered was some noise from dogs (both the neighbors' and the host's) during the first night, which disrupted our sleep. However, the host and caretakers were quick to address my concerns and took steps to improve the situation. For anyone who is sensitive to noise, I'd recommend avoiding bedroom 4, as it’s closest to where the dogs are. Villas 1 to 3 are quieter, and my family found the sound to be more muted in those areas. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Great place, excellent service, and we would definitely consider staying here again!😊

Im visiting PI and wanted a big place for a mini family reunion. La Maison was the perfect place which accomodated 9 of us. It could even accommodate up ton10 pax. The unit is right inside Tagaytay highlands where celebrities would hangout and play golf. We met a few and even had a photo with them. Security is very tight which is a plus. We all enjoyed the nature while relaxing at the balcony. There are tons of activities to do like swimming, horseback riding, tennis, Go kart and more, just to name a few. Just a note, they are amenities offered by Tagaytay highlands hence they are not free. But we all enjoyed and had fun. Just a few corrections on the printed instructions, the guest card is not 2,500 but has gone up to 3,500 and is none consumable. We only had quite a few issues in our bathroom and the master bedroom’s A/C but over all if given the chance and time, I would definitely go back. Lastly Sheryl the caretaker was awesome. She was very helpful and responsive

The Host was very accomodating and friendly. For people who are new to Pico de Loro, this is a private membership resort. So all visitors(non-members) must pay extra an adult fee of 1500 pesos per head to enter the resort and use its facilities. Seniors and minors have lower fees. It would be helpful if you include a note or link to disclose these additional fees. For the total cost including those added fees, well you may as well be better off in another beach resort. It's a good place but just saying be prepared to spend.

This is our first time na makaexperience na walang kahassle hassle sa pag check in at napaka responsive ni sir marlon all through out before checking in. Kudos also to mommy liway for the warm welcome and super accomodating pagdating namin she make sure na we have all we need and napaka bait and sweet kahit medyo maingay ang mga kasama namin bata. And napaka relaxing ng place super peaceful. Highly recommend if gusto niyo tumakas sa mundong maingay 😅 and also 5 star sa room super estetik ng mismong villa ikaw ang mahihiyang magkalat haha thank you again sir marlon sure na babalik kami ❤️

Johar’s place was a wonderful getaway from the city. If you wish to have a peaceful staycation, I would highly recommend this airbnb. At first, I was concerned about booking the airbnb since it was summer, however Johar’s description of how cool the surroundings was is correct. The fans were enough to allow us to relax and do our activities. Fely is the caretaker and was very responsive. She was able to help us with our things and guide us through the place. Overall, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and you won’t have to worry about cooking implements. However, we did find lizard droppings here and there. Not an issue as long as you clean and make sure to wash everything before you use them. We didn’t encounter any insect problems or insect bites as well. The bedroom was very clean. I will say you will encounter a lot of stairs going down once you enter. It wasn’t a bad experience for us as we are young and fit. However, it’s not advisable for older parents and younger kids.

i love the place! the house is huge. The amenities or facilities is as advertised. The surroundings is quiet and very relaxing. You will surely feel the province vibe. There is ample amount of pillows and blankets for my whole group. Toiletries and the like are sufficient as well. Ample parking space for 3 cars inside. If ever, it is possible to park outside as well since the entire house is well within the farm property itself. Just re confirm with the caretakers or the owners itself how to go to the place, since Waze or gmaps will take you to a much longer route. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely come back here in the future!
