Chino's place is in a quiet subdivision. Someone decided to have a loud karaoke session in the neighborhood on a Sunday but luckily you can't hear that inside the house. Nice modern interior with good wifi and complete TV app subscription: Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc. Only that we found 3 dead cockroaches inside the house when we checked in and 2 live ones the next day. But it's rainy season so they're going around. The ceiling is low so heads up (or down? :D ) if you're tall like my Dutch husband. It's on the information that you have to go down and up some steps to get to the houses so that's good to know. It wasn't that bad. We enjoyed staying in the apartment. A good find in Tagaytay!

A very pleasant place to stay for families especially if you are looking an ocean vacation. Disclaimer: it's not beach front which what you will find mostly in Anilao. We had fun exploring other islands via rental boat which is reasonably priced as well. We will definitely revisit this place next vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Club J Dive Resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was good, with a variety of Korean dishes available, and there are also some local options you can order from the menu. They also allow guests to bring in outside food. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There was no issue arriving early, as they let us in to enjoy the facilities while they prepared our room. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with your family and friends in Pansol/Calamba Laguna, Celine’s place is the spot. Place is super clean, organize and well maintained. It’s like a secret garden with a natural hot spring pool and Jacuzzi. Kuya Joseph (caretaker) is also very nice and helpful. Make sure to use Celine’s instruction on how to get to the house for the address shown on the listing is a bit confusing. My family and I had a great time and we will definitely comeback. I highly recommend Celine’s place!

Second time staying here and the experience is even better than the last! Peaceful and perfect for relaxation. It was hard to leave the room haha. Looking forward to staying here again!

I had a fantastic staycation at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. I especially appreciated the little touches like the welcome snacks, quality linens, and local guidebook. The location was perfect for a relaxing break from the routine, with everything I needed nearby. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the area, this place is a great choice. Highly recommended—I’d definitely stay here again!

It was a very peaceful and homy place for me. Aside from the room itself, you’ll have a hut for yourself where you can enjoy your food while in front of the beach. The location itself is kind of far from the popular resorts (I would say) which is good cuz you’ll only hear the sound of the waves and it’s priceless! The main highlight of our stay is really the caretakers. They were so proactive and they actually cooked for us which is very helpful! It wasn’t a secret that there can be power outage on the location but as per the owner, it happens occasionally. I would definitely go back here for some peace of mind.

Value for money! The place was clean and new. We're surprised that the rooms are big and spacious. The pool is a good size with bonfire and dining area conveniently placed nearby. The host is approachable and answers all our queries promptly. We enjoyed our stay so much that it'll be a core memory for our group for the coming years. Thank you also for the caretakers that cleaned after us. We also apologize for being loud and not keeping our volumes on check during quiet hours. Hope we can stay here again soon.

This place is beautiful, peaceful, and super spacious. Definitely feels like a home away from home! ❤️ I love how the pool and kitchen are thoughtfully placed apart from the main house. The pool is refreshing (maybe a little too cold if you’re not visiting in summer!), it starts at around 5ft+ deep for adults and has a kiddie area for the little ones to enjoy. Loved the big smart TV with Netflix, plus they sell handy extras like baby floaters, liquor or wine. One minor downside is that the loft area gets hot during the day—it would be great if they could fix or replace the aircon upstairs beyond just electric fans. Thankfully, it cools down nicely in the evening. Also, mosquitoes can be a bit of a bother at night, so don’t forget repellents, especially for the kids! Given the open space and surrounding trees, it’s understandable, but maybe they could do something to help minimize them. Overall, a super relaxing spot with everything you need for a fun getaway. ☺️

We felt at home right away as soon as we entered the gate. The caretakers are very well mannered. Every area in the place is clean and maintained. My husband’s family really enjoyed the place and wished to stay the whole time of our vacation. I have no negative comments, we enjoyed our stay so much! We loved it!!! We spent two nights at Kubo Royale and it was one of the most satisfying and relaxing vacations my family has ever had. The location is perfect - just a few minutes away from Calatagan’s beautiful beaches. It’s a haven in the middle of a farm. The wave pool is awesome! The caretakers are topnotch as well. Irene and her husband were very accommodating during our stay. The place had everything we needed. High recommended! We’re definitely coming back.

Our stay was fun and the host made our check in, check out, and stay easy. The place is extremely clean. Wifi is good. Amenities are amazing! Everything we needed, they provided. Host provided lots of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Area is also very accessible for grab and food panda deliveries. Host would always check on us and would ask if we need anything without hovering. The best thing is that the place is pet friendly which is a priority for us. Will definitely refer this place.

The hosts are superb. They are very accommodating, they help you with your every need. You will definitely feel safe and secured for especially you will always see kuya Israel (caretaker) nearby. We cgose to stay in the resort than going to the veach for it was too crowded the time we went there. They will cater to your every need and they are just a text away. We jad a few problem with the tv but we understand that the internwt signal that time was a bit slow. Great choice and hopefully we can go back very soon. We had our honeymoon in El Jardin last 2022, and 3 years later, we came back with our baby. Everything was almost the same- actually more things available this time (like the coffee machine and the common areas). Still romantic and homey as we remembered it. The outside of the subdivision is also favorable as the store is just right there and there were so many cafes and restaurants nearby. The caretaker was so helpful and very friendly ❤️ We wish to comeback soon. Thank you so much Sir Chino and Mi Abuela fam for another memorable stay.

Had a fabulous stay at Chino’s place. We wanted somewhere relaxing and quiet to stay after a long drive before attending an event in the area the following day. It met all our needs and more in this regard. It was easy to find using the WAZE pin provided, had good parking and the caretaker was super helpful on check-in. The property was as per the photographs and description - if not better in real life! The unit is spacious and flows very well with modern amenities. In fact we drew a floor plan as it would be perfect for a small house we are planning In the future. The standouts for us were the excellent Wi-Fi, large TV with access to Netflix/Prime/Disney and the super efficient and quiet air con. These allowed us to truly relax and unwind after our long drive. Had a very good night’s sleep in a large/comfy bed. The bathroom and kitchen were also beyond expectations. Will definitely use again if we are in the area and strongly recommend to our friends.

Ms. Josephine is a super host! Very accommodating. We asked for a favor and with no hestitation granted it. The place is clean, smells good, in a quiet neighborhood, has complete amenities. Location is good too. My family loved staying there. We are looking forward on staying at Ms. Joephine's place again. Kuya Lito is welcoming as well. Recommending it. 11/10

Thank you for the responses from check-in until the last day of our stay despite some minor issues. The host helped us every step of the way. From myself and my family we appreciate Guia and her efforts.

The place is relaxing and located in a nice area. From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us warmly and explained everything we needed to know. She even gave us chicken curry and rice for dinner, which we really appreciated. Ms. Elena is approachable and kind.

We had to be moved quickly from a place that wasn’t clean and Joannes place was just around the corner. Although she was unresponsive due to being out of the country her parents were available to help us and get settled in. The place had recently been refurbished and all 3 bathrooms were brand new. New tiles and suits. The showers were amazing. Road noise was an issue as it’s close to a main road, however don’t let this put you off. Earplugs made it easy to sleep and the noise was mainly during the day when we were mostly out. The rear bedroom was noise free. The house was well equipped but Wi-Fi wasn’t great this bothered our kids but no us as we were there to relax and see family. The only other feedback would been response time. If your not able to respond the have an alternative persons number available We loved our time here and wish Joanne all the best with her business. We would definitely use this place again.

This place was amazing! The rooms were perfect. The outdoor feel of the bathrooms made us feel like we were in Bali. The pool was clean. The space was just overall great! It was the perfect venue for our team building. Our American boss who was hard to please was very impressed! Their butler service is a must-have! We got to relax and just be with our teammates and families while they prepped food for us and cleaned up after meals. Mark (the chef) and Hannah (such a sweetheart) made us delicious dishes. Just make sure u provide the ingredients because they can only use what u have. Mark even made us a dipping sauce for our chicken wings and had us taste it to make sure we liked it. We loved it! This place is perfect for any big get togethers. And communication is key. They will work with u to ensure ur group has everything u need. Some charges may apply but pricing is still reasonable.
