Quiet housing area near batam center and few minutes drive from ferry terminal. Good enough for a short trip

is very nice place like in bali location near town not to far to go shopping ctr . Room are big for 2pax . if have kettle will be better so that after swimming can make coffee or instant noodles overall 8/10 . I n family will sure come back

Place is good and clean, comes with free water. Just take note that it might not be feasible for big luggages + one of the toilet smells a bit strange. As for grab, as the location is quite new, most drivers have an issue finding us, best is to walk to block A to hitch a ride

Convenient stay, as it is right above the ferry terminal. I checked in late at night and it was fuss-free so that's great! Prompt communication from host too, which I appreciate that.

I had an amazing stay at this unit! Everything was perfect – the place was exceptionally clean, well-equipped with great amenities, and the host was incredibly hospitable and responsive. The location in the city center made it super convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots. It was a comfortable and hassle-free experience from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Batam and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, Stunning View, and Super Convenient! I had a wonderful stay here! The view from the unit is amazing—perfect for relaxing mornings or quiet evenings. It’s very easy to get a Grab car from the location, which made exploring Batam super convenient. Plus, it’s just a 5-minute drive to Batam Center Ferry Terminal, which is perfect if you’re coming from Singapore. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommended and I’d definitely stay here again!

Initially, I booked the apparent from 22 December to 26 December but later I extended until 5 January. Just didn't want to find something else 😅 Always feel comfortable and cozy there

My husband n me stay at Anastasia place for 4 days 3 nite. Location is very convenient,less than 5 minutes reach Harbour Bay ferry. Also t view from t balcony is so beautiful. We be back again.
