Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Batam Island

Good location. Just 15 min drive from the custom. There are shops and eateries at walkable distance. The house is clean and children friendly. My children love the books provided in their bedroom. Check-in is simple and convenient with clear instructions from the host. The host is friendly and is always responsive. He gets the house ready early and allows us to check in before 3pm. Overall, a great experience staying here.

Very clean and comfortable!! We’ve been to many Sunway Grid Airbnb, this is now our new favourite! There are many 5* reviewed listings we’ve been to in JB, but many aren’t always as clean as they should be. This apartment was clean and comfortable, with sufficient couch/seating space to lounge around. Beds were comfortable, with clean bedlinen. Appreciated the fact that kitchen had sufficient crockery & utensils, and clean towels as well. Location is pretty convenient too. Eateries and shops all within walking distance. We always love Sunway Grid coz it’s convenient yet peaceful, quiet and safe. Thank you for a comfortable stay. My kids esp love the game console, which was such a bonus for theme Will be back!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 young children stayed here for 2 nights. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a water filter that dispenses by hot and cold water and clean towels. My kids enjoyed the water play inflatable in the garden and the toys in the house. Sunway citrine, a family friendly mall with a supermarket and restaurants is just across the road which makes it super convenient. Legoland is also a short 10 minute drive away. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

The location is close to Ksl, very convenient to eat. The room is large enough. There are no extra charges for coordinating with the host for a slightly late check-out. Thank you for the host's hospitality.

perfect place to stay with big group, been 2 years since we have family gathering, and Yes I Do Chapel stay fits all of us comfortably and the cleanliness is above expectations. Highly recommend family (3 generations) staycation in this Airbnb with endless facilities, spaceand photo worthy spots. I had a great stay at Uncle Q’s house with my family. It was well equipped with everything I needed - Coway water dispenser, fringe and microwave, also washing machine available. My kids have a lot of fun with the setup, slide and toys. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. The only downside was the D’Pristine parking and lift, poor management. Aside from that, everything was great. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

stayed here for 2 nights. house is clean, as shown in pictures. check in was a breeze. location is great! just within the many great restaurants/eateries in eco botanic. jaya grocer is very near as well. about 8mins drive to Legoland. will def come back for our next visit.

We love the location, the management of the condo and most of all, friendliness of the Nook Team. Parking of two cars were no issue and the security was good. We were short of bedsheet for the extra mattress as we have 9pax (the property has 2 double beds and 4 single beds). Nook was very responsive and arranged for someone to drop the bedsheet at the door on the same day. The property was clean and the kids loved the boulder and slide in the living room. All in all, we were happy with the location, property and management!
