Great location and a cozy apartment. However, I wish they had checked for leakage and the smell from drainage before our check-in. Although the host offered to help resolve the issue, they didn’t have any spare keys. Aside from these two issues, everything was great.

a little pricey, but smooth process checing in, had to check out v early but agents were accommodative

For those who travel and trying to find a place to stay other than those exhaustive instructions to enter condo/apartment this is the right place for you. Located in a peaceful environment with gated and guarded area security is guaranteed. The beds are comfy, and the arrangement is all good. Recommended.

Great place. The view from the room is scenic, especially in the early morning as it's facing towards Puteri Cove. Everything was complete, though actually you have to log in to your own Netflix account for the TV box 😅 but otherwise, there are no issues. 10/10 stay!

During the stay one of the windows are accidentally open due to faulty but the host acted very fast to come to the unit to investigate the issue in 10 mins. Thank you for the excellent support! 🙏

I would strongly recommend this Airbnb apartment. Both the host and co-host are extremely helpful and friendly! Moreover this apartment is newly renovated,so it's definitely cleaner than the old R&F apartments i stayed before. Furnitures are very new and clean. we loved the stay and definitely be coming back !

A good n nice to stay.

1) the first reason i chose this place and willing to pay on high side is because the beach view is amazing and the building is accessible to it. You cant swim at the beach but you can walk along the beach and play with the sand. Some days i saw plenty of rubbish at the beach. Sometimes not too much 2) the coway water filter makes my long vacay more convenient for a family with small children. 3) the location is superb. There are plenty of convenient stores. No need grabfood as Few food place especially at night. 4) bring own towel if you are not into microfibres towels. 5) the parking space is big suitable for big SUV to navigate. But need to pay rm20 per night if you chose to park at Guest parking other than your designated parking. 6) my children enjoyed the tv. We can watch decent channels 7) suitable for big family as they provide extra mattress but you might need bring blanket if you are using more than 4 beds

The place is very nice and comfortable. However a bit scary because the whole floor is unoccupied and we were the only ones staying there. But, nothing happen and we happily stay there.

Everything was pleasent and the accomodation was amazing. Just faced a few issues regarding access card that may have been prevented but the host still tried to resolve it prompy. Overall is amazing.
