Vacation rentals with a patio in Bastia Umbra

Very happy we chose this apartment. It is located in the East side of Spello which is the better side - the best scenery, and we only heard the countryside. Easy walk to the village centre, can also recommend the charming aquaduct walk nearby. Very old building but modernised interior. We did not meet Argen in person, but he responded very quickly to any queries.

My friend and I had a wonderful week in Roberto’s place. He came to meet us at the railway station and we walked to the apartment. He was really helpful with recommendations. Thank you Roberto. We were right next to the railway, bus and mini metro stations. Lovely pizzeria called Murales 3 minutes walk. Lovely pasta too. Bruno even showed me one evening how to make Cacio e Pepe. Thank you Bruno. I would stay here again

Beautiful experience, Elisa was really welcoming and helpful with us. His kindness combined with his professionalism made our experience unique and enjoyable. The room met our expectations, clean and impeccable. The location is perfect, easy to get to and very strategic. I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and home air☺️

We spent some wonderful days in Assisi, and this place turned out to be a perfect starting point for exploring the city. Located in the heart of the city center, it is very convenient to visit the main attractions on foot, immersing yourself in the beauty and history of the place. The apartment is quiet, cared for, clean and well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Daniela and Alessandro were friendly and helpful, also providing us with useful tips to make the most of the experience. A great choice for those who want to experience Assisi from the inside, with the convenience of having everything at your fingertips.

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. It was one of the few places we could find that looked modern. Super clean apartment, centrally located for exploring the area (less than 10 minutes drive to Assisi), and Emanuale is very accessible and helpful. If we come back to Italy, we will definitely return here. Thank you!

Clean house, very cozy. We spent 2 days with our little dogs. We were lovingly welcomed by Sara and her daughter who, at our request, came to visit us. We were there for a dog show. The accommodation is very close to the exhibition center. We were also recommended a nearby pizzeria where we enjoyed a great pizza. Although it was cold, the house was really very warm. Our little dogs also enjoyed the garden. Highly recommended. We'll be back for sure.

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

A beautiful villa on a mountain in Umbria overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The pictures don't do the picturesque view justice. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Relaxing in the spa downstairs was a much needed treat after our fast paced traveling in the busy cities of Italy. Communication with Letizia was seamless. She helped set up a complimentary tour of the company's olive oil production. Would stay again!

Riccardo é Michele’s place is a step back in time with modern amenities and the medieval mood we were looking for. It’s a comfortable and easy place that makes you feel at home. The private garden and somehow the entrance with its ‘cloister feel’ and even a little grotto is quite special and in the heart of Assisi. The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the dreamy garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake – a true oasis of peace. The communication with Andreas was excellent, as were the clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our stay very easy. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back again!

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

We had a lovely stay. Marco, Simona’s son was wonderful and helped us often to navigate beautiful Perugia. I especially enjoyed sitting outside listening to the cicadas at night and looking down at the lights of Assisi. Very peaceful and relaxing. I liked the little grove of olive trees. Very neat.

We had a really good time, we'd love to come back and enjoy the house a little more. Gabriele and his father were very kind and flexible. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, we fell a little in love especially with the living room and the garden (and bonus points for all the nerd things we found in the library!) Thanks again! We have a friend who lives in the area so maybe we'll see each other again :D

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Unforgettable vacation. The farm stay and the pool are immersed in nature. Sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas, all the pool environment and private garden area are very well-kept. The private part of the garden is visible but this does not disturb. Very clean house. We would love to come back.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet residential area with a nice garden and outside seating. Approx. 15 minute walk into town centre, train station approx 25 minutes walk. The apartment was easy to access via lockbox and hosts were friendly and communicative. Good base for exploring the area and Foligno itself.

Stefania's place was truly a dream, as described. So much care and thought has been taken and it shows throughout every detail big and small. The bedrooms were so cozy and comfortable while the kitchen was extremely functional and welcoming—there was even a big bowl of oranges left alongside a juicer for us to squeeze our own fresh juice every morning. It was the perfect little oasis, smack in the center of charming Spello, and I only hope to be so lucky to return again.

The week we spent in Umbria was wonderful, magnificent places and an apartment that, on the way back of the day, made us feel at home. Clean, tidy, stocked with everything we need, and well heated. The location is perfect, close to the most beautiful villages and a stone's throw from the airport. Claudio and Martina were very kind and discreetly present, they pampered us and satisfied us in our every need. Two special people! We recommend Oliveto to everyone, a comfortable nest also for those like us who have to travel with a small child.

Frederica's place is fantastic. An amazing location in a beautiful city. Inside the flat is modern, but sympathetic to the wonderful old building. This is a really special place and I loved staying there. Frederica was a great host.

Stefano was the perfect host. He helped us with every step of finding his place and becoming familiar with the area, while providing a perfect apartment. Everything was spotless and so well thought out, from the kitchen accessories to the incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. And the location could not have been better. In the middle of town, but up a short 1 level, beautifully decorated entry offering privacy. From the large bathrooms and bedrooms, to the new, high quality furniture and washer with dryer, this was the best of the best. And we simply loved Assisi and their people. What a special place and wonderful experience.

We visited this beautiful city because our daughter was studying abroad at the Umbra Institute. Location was perfect with lots to do and accessible to everything. Our hosts were super responsive with never a delay in answering our questions. The people of Perusia were one of the kindest humans on earth - we just loved everything about it. We also rented a car which made it easier to visit other towns during our stay - Montepulciano, Pienza, Assisi, Spello and Cortona. While a bit stressful at first driving, we were happy that we did! Lastly, best cafe croissant place in Perugia is Arco Cafe. Our daughter loves it and we know why - we had plenty of other cafes and no one came close. Without a doubt, if your travels bring you to Perusia - I would highly recommend this apartment.
