The house was clean and comfortable. It is ideally located and very quiet, close to the city center and main amenities. Floriana was very nice and approachable, responding promptly to our needs. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Maurizio helps alot. He always answered the messages a few moments after we messaged. He explained everything and the place was really clean and had everything we needed. He gave out recommendations of places and helped were he could. If I visit Perugia again, I will surely book with him!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Nunnery Apartment. Not only was the view from the terrace absolutely gorgeous but the apartment is very clean, bright, charming and so welcoming. Paolo's hospitality was amazing! He not only picked us up from the train station but he dropped us off on our way out as it was raining. His mom made us dinner the first night we got there and it was delicious. Paolo goes out of his way to make sure his guests are taken care of! The town of Spello is beautiful and we enjoyed our walks around town. We highly recommend this apartment! Thank you so much for sharing your delightful home with us!

Apartamento very convenient for a visit to Perugia, especially if you are driving. Gabriele is very responsive as a host, and the apartment is well equipped, as it appears in the listing.

We stayed at Valentina's for a week, it was a wonderful week. The landscaped park with the pool was a dream. The tastefully furnished apartment was private and protected from view. Everything was available. We received good support and information in advance and during the vacation. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The Minimetro in Perugia and the accessibility there can also be used by people who are not good on their feet.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. It is located right in the middle of everything. All of the shops, restaurants, and historical sites are within walking distance. The minimetrò is a five minute walk from the apartment. From the metro you are at the rail station within 10 minutes. Nicola was helpful and responsive, and self check in was very easy.

A very cozy apartment with a nice view, and the host is super helpful, answering all the questions right away. He recommended places to see and how to get to i recommend staying with Jacopo! 😊

We needed a place for one night and we came across this apartment. Already in the conversations prior to the day of check-in, Valentina was helpful, polite and proactive. Upon arrival, we are greeted by Manuela's mother, who welcomes us in an extremely nice and thorough manner. They made us feel right at home. The apartment is large (even larger than what we needed) and includes every comfort. Small detail that I really liked are the hand-built boats. Very very nice. Overall, definitely recommended also for the location because I discovered that Umbertide is really a beautiful town. Thanks Valentina and Manuela

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

The windows face the south so the sunshine does make the place feel warm and bright. Everything was clean and there were instructions for almost everything. It's not a brand new place, but it was clean and is in great shape. The balcony is huge and the views from it are really nice even on a rainy day. The location is a a bit further than you want from the center of town when you are pushing a stroller full of stuff, but for anyone not lugging around a 2 year old, the walk is reasonable. There is reserved parking which was one reason we went with Martina's place. There is also a cafe on the ground floor that seems to be popular (the chocolates and deserts were not the best offered in town though), and there is a little place across the street that cooks different dishes each day and to be honest, each dish was pretty good, and of course there are other restaurants nearby. No complaints really. Martina responds quickly and we will stay there again.

Small and cosy place, perfect for a few days exploring Perugia and surrounding areas. Within walking distance to the main historic centre and close to local bars, restaurants and shops. Paid parking area very nearby and although expensive it was convenient to leave the car for a couple of days. Great apartment.

Loved our 3 day stay in Angela's beautifully decorated and warm ground floor apartment in a grand house. It was a short walk up to the centre of Assisi. Looking out to the olive grove and to the Cathedral was special esp lit up at night. Thank you for having us stay 🙏 Celina and Paul

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Three days to escape the chaos of the city of Rome in search of tranquility, greenery, relaxation and good food. Conveniently located for walking, even with children. You can reach the city center in 10/15 min walk. Fabrizio was immediately available to meet our needs. The apartment did not miss our expectations, including a parking space, not to be underestimated. Essential and well-finished modern house. highly recommended

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Clean accommodation, with everything you need, near the historic center, 10-minute walk, garden and absolute calm. Giuseppe is a friendly and welcoming person and always available for any request. I recommend this place and will gladly return.
