This peaceful 63 m2 accommodation located 500 m from the side canal of the Garonne will offer you a beautiful 35 m2 living space with fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave...), a bathroom with a large shower and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. The rental overlooks the pool which is shared with our house and heated from June until the end of September. It's important to know that we live with our 4 cats who occupy the premises!

This fully equipped studio is located on the second floor of our house so access is via a staircase. Bright accommodation with a lovely view of the countryside and a stone's throw from the Garonne. Peaceful and quiet place, an outdoor space is also available with a parking space, barbecue as well as outdoor table and chair. Close to the greenway bike path about 5 km, about 10 minutes from Réole and 15 minutes from the highway.
