Kay is a wonderful friendly host, and the cottage is perfect to use as a base to explore Waterville and the beautiful surrounding areas (or to use as a base to enjoy the incomparable Waterville Golf Links as we did). 2 minutes walk from town and the pubs, restaurants and supermarket, the cottage is spacious but cosy, extremely clean, nicely presented, and with a host very willing to help out if required. Would highly recommend, we'll definitely use again.

We had a lovely stay at Lavinias house. The house was a very short drive away from the village and the beach. The house was so quiet and peaceful and Lavinia was so kind to let us play with Holly the dog, the kids adored her! Would love to return again next year. A true gem of a house. Would have given anything to stay in that glorious bed rather than face the rain and the wind howling outside. Spacious, spotlessly clean and so welcoming. The views from the picture windows invite hours of tranquil gazing and contemplation. It’s easy to find your soul here! Mary is a wonderful host and made us feel at home instantly. Thanks for a great stay. Will definitely want to stay again if I’m lucky enough to visit this beautiful country again.
