It was all perfect! The loft is extremely cozy, very well equipped, comfortable and beautiful! The host Karina is a sweetheart! It gave us a lot of tips on where to go, what to do and made us a lot of pampering! We were delighted with the whole experience!

Wonderful, cozy house and much better than in the photos. Mr. Jaime super attentive. The only point was the pool that was not clean because the product did not arrive for the pool in time to put it in to act, but because it was cold and raining we did not miss the pool so much. The garage was a parked car in the middle of it making it impossible to organize our cars, but the SR. Jaime de pronto help us to organise and everything went well. We will definitely rent more often. The house is beautiful and the location is excellent, distribution of the perfect rooms and the outside area away from the house allowing quiet rest for those who want to rest and hear a louder sound for those who want to stay at the barbecue. Simply amazing! It had never been so well received in an Airbnb as I was received by Mrs. Rosely. What amazing people!! Simpathic, humorous, left us mega at will and has given us several tips about the surroundings. We wish we could have stayed longer, and I'M SURE when we return to the area, we'll look for it again. We love the house, we'll be back for sure! The house is huge, cozy, several rooms, huge pool, wide party room, house with a fantastic structure! The swimming pool gets a nice temperature, it's not cold, perfect size, huge! Each room has its bathroom, very comfortable beds and beds, good showers, windows with mosquito screens. Kitchen equipped with utensils, appliances, dishwasher, water filter. There's orchard in the house, we harvested fruit every day, it was a different experience for the kids! House within condominium in Nova Fazendinha, quiet place, market, shops nearby. The only suggestion we would give is to add lighting facing the pool that turns dark at night.

Julie’s house is in a great location in the heart of São Paulo. The home was incredibly clean and Julie was forthright and communicative when we had questions. My friends and I had the greatest time! 10/10 would recommend staying at this fun house.

Denis's place is perfect! Espaçosa, with several environments that allow integration and at the same time privacy, has a wonderful outdoor area with the pool next to the ranch to enjoy with friends. Denis and Renata have welcomed us very well and were very flexible with our departure time, which was essential for our stay to be completed successfully. We saw many monkeys and jacutingas feeding on the surrounding trees, which has a beautiful nature and in addition, it is very safe, quiet and with silence for those who seek rest and tranquility. Really really liked this place. Larger than many other similar places. Beautiful apartment. Walking distance ( if you like a bit of walking ) to many nice areas like Batman alley / Vila Madalena, and different bars/clubs. And the view is fantastic! If I come back to São Paolo I will definitely see if this place is available.

The apartment matches the photos exactly. Very clean and organized. Excellent location, with a market at the door. It has everything you need in the apartment. We only missed a sandwich, but that's just a detail. We stayed 5 days and the accommodation was excellent. We only have two observations: the double bed is standard, so for those who are used to Queen or King, it is small. And the sofa bed has a divider in the middle that is a little uncomfortable to sleep on (a little hard). Everything else is excellent.

The accommodation is excellent! Very well maintained and preserved, the apartment is equipped with appliances, making the stay easier. Excellent rooms, not to mention the living room, very nice bathroom. But the icing on the cake is José's hospitality, very helpful, he helped us in everything we needed and proactively called us asking if we needed anything! Surely I would stay there again.

We held a family meeting on the long holiday of Easter and Tiradentes, and it was a divine experience. The house is very spacious but at the same time cozy, everyone in our group praised a lot. All rooms and bathrooms are well taken care of, and the outdoor areas of the pool, mini-golf, and playground and lake are great. The terrain really is very large, you can be losing in there. And always a calm and quiet. The service was also great, Denilde answering all the questions and always available, the caretaker Juari very attentive, even took the children of our group to fish in the lake. These were wonderful days and we certainly want to repeat. Congratulations to the whole team, thank you so much for everything!

The house is very comfortable and spacious. It is in a very nice gated community with great infrastructure. The host was very thoughtful and helpful. It has a lot of gaps, stairs and different levels, which gives a special charm. But it can be dangerous for kids. In addition, the house was impeccable with excellent bedding and we spent a great carnival holiday. We would be back for sure

I had a great stay on the site of Vitor and Roberta with my family. The wonderful eh house, very large, with the very large dormitorios. The house has all the household utensils. We are very pleased with everything and look forward to coming back once more.
