I had a very pleasant stay in Pedro's fully equipped apartment, everthing is clean and comfortable. Really appreciate Pedro's hospitality during my stay offering me the small gift and the hot water kettle. The location is impeccable, very safe and close to supermarket, restaurant and shopping mall, etc. 100% recommended.

My lodging in this apto summarizes in a memorable experience!! The photos released correspond to 100% of the reality. All clean, organized, privileged location, lots of trees, feeling of peace. Near bakeries, supermarkets , shopping malls, restaurants and others, you can walk, without the need for a car, for these specific trips. The security of the place makes a difference and was one of the reasons that made me choose to stay on site for 1 year and 3 months. Aloysio's special thanks, very respectful, helpful and always very helpful. Everything I needed was provided with agility. Special highlight for the professionals who work on the spot, especially the receptionist Andréia and the maid Selma. Excellent cost-benefit investment. I'll be back soon!! I would only recommend updating the TV because I couldn't log in with my Netflix plan, other than that, everything was wonderful.

Claudia and her partner Felipe welcomed us very well and were super attentive and clear with the instructions to get to the house, we had no difficulty. Safe and easy to access condominium. We requested help in some moments of the accommodation and Felipe was very polite, requested and willing to resolve our requests in the best way, yet he gave us a good bottle of wine as a courtesy.
