Great apartment, very well located, close to shops, shopping malls and highways. Easy access and a condominium with facilities such as a swimming pool and playground for those with children, for example. Rosângela, who welcomed us, is a sweetheart! Super available to help. Modern apartment, cozy, has utensils for cuántas and long stays and with great leisure structure in the condominium. The site is easily accessible and well located, with a pharmacy, a supermarket on the corner, restaurants, bakeries, bars, etc., you can walk peacefully. The host is very quiet, attentive and always responded promptly. Super indicated and I will safely return.

Elise’s apartment was perfect! It’s beautifully arranged and thought out and worked so well with my two young children, they loved the toys and seamless flow between inside and outside, and most of all the little outdoor bath. Estadia was perfect. The apartment has all necessary amenities. Clean, all new and working. Air conditioning in all rooms and full kitchen. We ordered food from iFood or we bought at the grocery store inside the building. It even has a mini pharmacy. I intend to return soon.

Angela is very attentive and responds quickly. The flat is exactly as pictured, very clean and all organized.

It's all exactly as pictured, extremely fast communication and took all my doubts. In our case we had two cars, one stayed in the garage and the other left on the street, we always got a place right in front of the building's concierge, that is, making us safer. Compliments only

The best part of seu carlos place was the balcony! The apartment itself is a bit small but perfect for someone that’s a minimalist like me. Also best part is he offers cleaning service weekly at no extra charge. The apartment has great amenities like work area, cooking area, pool, gym etc. Seu Carlos is an excellent host and I would be happy to return!

A great stay, the space is actually very good and has everything in the listing. The hostess was very helpful and the check-in and checkout instructions were very objective. Comfortable apartment with the basic amenities available (soap,towels,bedding,detergent,cloths, carpets, kitchen utensils) all clean and organized. The condominium is excellent, has a toy library, large pool, courts and even a mini market for the emergency room. Next door there is an Assaí hypermarket with pharmacy, lottery, etc.. excellent location as well. Although close to the marginal I did not find noisy. Host extremely polite and available. Nice and polite neighborhood. Super recommend this home.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very cozy. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, iron, washing machine, dryer, air-conditioning, leisure area and market in the building. Easy to contact Suvalia with questions. Next to the Morumbi stadium and the Einstein Hospital, the latter being fundamental to my choice, as I would walk to it.

I loved staying at Patricia's house! She was extremely kind, being flexible with check-in and check-out times, which helped a lot, since we had a baby. In addition, the apartment is very charming and was very well cleaned and organized, with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The building's employees also stood out for their friendliness and promptness! I highly recommend it! I'll stay other times! It was a great experience!

I got this apartment at the last minute due to changes in plans, I wish I had had the opportunity to stay longer, but I already had another one booked :(. Perfect, from the host's service, spacious balcony, clean apartment, super comfortable, exactly what my husband and I needed, great gym. Perfect location, not in the middle of chaos, but close to everything! It wasn't noisy at night. I felt comfortable and at home. I want to come back as soon as possible.
