Very good a stadia, local. Clean and tidy apartment, nicely decorated. As a tip I suggest leaving a blanket for the sofa bed.

The property is very maintained, clean and stands out for the details: very good bedding and towels, comfortable beds, windows with blackout, equipped kitchen. Its location is excellent, close to bars and restaurants. The building stands out for the service of employees, always attentive and polite, as well as the ease of parking. Lian is a great host and has returned to us quickly on every request. We stayed 12 days and we liked it very much.

Lovely, super complete and comfortable space. The pictures faithfully represent the apartment, with the amenities you feel at home with complete equipment in the kitchen and other rooms. The excellent tbm location, opposite the shopping center of Alphaville with various restaurant options.

I have used this company many times. The quality is always stable and reliable. This time I had a little problem with the running water in the toilet in the room.

It was a very wise decision to choose Ivan's place. The flat corresponds to what is shown in the photos and comfortably accommodates one person. Good bed, kitchen utensils, spacious bathroom and a balcony to relax at the end of the day. All very clean and organized. The location is also a strong point. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe both in the building and in the surroundings. The building is close to the Vila Madalena station and in a very quiet place. I had a show at Allianz Parque to go to, so with 15 minutes by Uber I was able to get there easily. Contact with Ivan was also very efficient. A very helpful host who did everything possible to advance my check-in. It was a very pleasant experience and certainly, when I return to São Paulo, I intend to return to stay in this space.

Perfect stay, we had a very pleasant weekend in Cotia! Soraya's Flat meets expectations very well, close to many restaurants and supermarkets, as well as being located close to neighboring cities such as São Roque and Embu das Artes, which are great for walking!
