Wonderful, cozy house and much better than in the photos. Mr. Jaime super attentive. The only point was the pool that was not clean because the product did not arrive for the pool in time to put it in to act, but because it was cold and raining we did not miss the pool so much. The garage was a parked car in the middle of it making it impossible to organize our cars, but the SR. Jaime de pronto help us to organise and everything went well. We will definitely rent more often. The house is beautiful and the location is excellent, distribution of the perfect rooms and the outside area away from the house allowing quiet rest for those who want to rest and hear a louder sound for those who want to stay at the barbecue. Cely has always been considerate and kind in the various periods when I stayed at her home. Since 2022 I have had its space as a reference in my stays in São Paulo to work. A super organized and quiet place, ideal to regain energy after a full day of work in the city. In the surroundings there are also several good options of restaurants and cafes, as well as a supermarket. Among the transportation options the subway is relatively close by. And the best, the neighborhood area is safe and familiar. I have indicated for many people who come to São Paulo and ask me to refer to comfortable and safe lodging.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

Our lodging at Ricardo's house was impeccable, house is beautiful and comfortable, well-equipped we don't miss anything. I took my little dogs who felt at home too! The condominium is beautiful and safe, great for those who want to peel, as it is quiet and has a lot of nature. restore great nearby for those who do not want to cook. It was a comfortable and practical stay. The location is close to shops and markets, bus and subway access. The space has the basics needed for sleeping, bathing and eating. The host was communicative, flexible, kind and clear with the instructions. I also recommend it for the great period that the stay was able to provide.

Makes what it promises, everything was clean, with perfect blankets, sheets and pillows. We just missed the microwave, which was broken, and we couldn't connect the wifi on television :/

We had a baby there and promptly got us a crib. Everything we asked for Roseli answered us, everything went well in our stay. That was great.
