Great accommodation , spacious and spacious apartment, although well ventilated is air-conditioned in the suite and in the living room ( which is super wide ) spacious and complete kitchen! It has a washer and dryer for clothes. I definitely recommend it.

Great Teacara! We rented for my husband's birthday and there were several tables of plastic marfinite (TOP PRODUCT! none of those unstable bar chairs) to use, clean pool, flawless soccer field. Back again and was praised by everyone. Very good.

Hostess was worried about the listing, left items in the home that wasn't on the listing which made it easier for them to stay, plus that the owners were extremely helpful, had a day that I went wrong, and I got the help and concern I needed. I recommend, as well as being close to everything, a park, laundry, restaurant, train station. Clean and smelling bed linens. Air-conditioning gets very well and refreshes a lot, despite the fact that the house is airy and there is no need to call frequently.

It was all very good, the condominium is old, so some items are "old" but nothing that hinders the experience, the employees of the condominium were very polite and everything was as expected. Nothing to complain about. Thank you

Marli's apartment is, as the listing says, very cozy. The decor is beautiful and gives a very special touch to the apartment. Everything was very clean and organized when I arrived. Impeccable kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom with comfortable bed. For those who move to USP is a great option. Besides, and most importantly, Marli is a great person. Our communication was fast, efficient and flexible. Volterei and recommend!

The stay was very good. The apartment had everything that was in the description and was very clean and organized. There were lots of utensils in the kitchen. The only suggestions for improvement we have are as follows: - in the passage from the balcony to the living room there is a door lintel that is high. We tripped over it a few times. - the door of the shower stall in the social bathroom slams very hard and gives the impression that it will break.

It's all exactly as pictured, extremely fast communication and took all my doubts. In our case we had two cars, one stayed in the garage and the other left on the street, we always got a place right in front of the building's concierge, that is, making us safer. Compliments only

I got this apartment at the last minute due to changes in plans, I wish I had had the opportunity to stay longer, but I already had another one booked :(. Perfect, from the host's service, spacious balcony, clean apartment, super comfortable, exactly what my husband and I needed, great gym. Perfect location, not in the middle of chaos, but close to everything! It wasn't noisy at night. I felt comfortable and at home. I want to come back as soon as possible.
