I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were well-stocked, including coffee, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. The location was perfect—quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants and attractions. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, offering local tips and making check-in a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay immensely! Everything was as described. The hosts are so thoughtful with all the amenities included and very responsive. Our days were spent lounging in and by the pool. And a night we had a lovely home to clean up and rest in. We would definitely love to stay again!

It is well decorated and well maintained, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. There are many amenities to entertain your group, and the backyard is such a treat. We had a great stay here for a bachelorette party! Great location, very responsive, flexible, and easy-going host. A smidge tight for 8 people but honestly with low-maintenance girls it's absolutely doable. The house was maintained very well. Sleeper-sofa was may more comfortable than I would have guessed. Overall, an excellent experience - would recommend!

The house was perfect in every way. We stayed there with my elderly parents and everyone loved the beds, bathrooms and the backyard. The hosts very friendly and accommodating. We would love to stay there again!! We had a small gathering after my nephews college graduation and the home was perfect for everyone.

I stayed here for a week while visiting friends in Austin and loved it! It has a quiet neighborhood vibe while being very close to downtown. It's a 10-minute walk to the hike and bike trail that surrounds Lady Bird Lake. It is also a short walk to multiple yoga studios and lots of coffee shops/bars/restaurants. I was able to drive just about anywhere else I went in 15 minutes or less. The home is beautifully designed and impeccably clean. I loved the thoughtful touches with amenities like the pour-over coffee carafe, water filtration system, and very comfortable bed/linens. I didn't cook while I was there, but I loved that I could have with the kitchen setup. I would definitely stay here again!

Definitely would come here again! It was in immaculate condition and decked out well with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the freeway as well. Honestly couldn't ask for more!

The cottage is perfect. We have been in the middle of a big move and needed a place to stay for a week while we transitioned into our new house. Im a single mom, and desperately needed a clean, comfortable safe haven and it was exactly that. The hosts were very responsive. The location was great. Incredibly stocked. On top of comfortability it was super charming… I have zero complaints. I hope we have an excuse to stay again in the future <3

Great stay! The location was perfect—close to everything in downtown Austin but still felt private. The space was super cute, clean, and exactly like the photos. Loved the loft bedroom and all the thoughtful touches.

Whilst we did drive everywhere, the house is within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. It was my first visit to Austin and I loved the city. We will come back and hope your home is available then too!

Stayed here many times. Annie's awesome. The place is awesome. Location is perfect. If you're not from Austin it's right in the middle of Clarksville, which is about as good as it gets. 10/10

Stacy’s home is a great home base for a family vacation in Austin. The main living space on the first floor served as a wonderful gathering space for our family. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor worked great for the 3 generations, from toddler to grandparents, that we had staying together on our vacation. The house was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchens, bathrooms, etc were all spotless. The home had the essentials we needed and was still completely free of excess clutter, giving us tons of space for our personal items. The location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was close by such as grocery stores, family parks, and restaurants including some of the must try Austin restaurants. We had one issue with the home that was out of the control of the host, Stacey. Stacey did everything that could be done to repair it and make sure we still had a good trip. We would absolutely stay at Stacey’s home if we need an Airbnb in Austin again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Modern Casita. The house was small but very sufficient for my husband and myself. It would be perfect for a family of 4. There is one main bedroom upstairs with a king size bed. It offers a very nice spacious bathroom and walk in closet. It has a smaller bedroom, queen bed and bath on the main floor. Beds are comfortable with nice quality linens. Sitting area on main floor is small but sufficient. Great large size TV. Deck off the living room with chairs and gas BBQ grill. The kitchen is equipped with anything needed for preparing full size meals. Nice quality cookware and dishes. Full size washer and dryer on first floor. They have stocked coffee, spices, laundry soap and more for guests to use. The house was very neat, tidy and extremely clean. The owners live next door of whom we met. Seems very nice and offered any assistance we might need. A very quiet street. I would not hesitate stay here again.

Genny had beautiful fresh flowers on the table and on the sofa table when we arrived, it was such a nice touch. The home was comfortable and had all the amenities as described in the description provided. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone in need of a “home away from home” while in Austin.

Good spot for a weekend getaway. Location is great, just a couple of minutes drive to South Congress. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the comfy TV couch.

This is a nice space with great access to trails and also a terrific taco place across the street. The dryer and top-loading washer were really nice and seemed brand new. I personally prefer a top-loading washer in an Airbnb since cleanliness on a front-loading gasket can be hit or miss. Carlton was very responsive and friendly. All instructions were clearly delineated.
