A short walk to restaraunts, bars, trails, paddle boarding, swimming, arts, museums, theaters, etc. High speed google fiber internet will provide a wonderful work or entertainment environment in this mid century modern home. April 2025: The neighbors in the back have started constructing a new home which creates some noise. Please take this into account when booking.

Escape to this private studio, detached from our main home. The Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail is right outside, where you can use our bikes and paddleboards. Open the blackout cellular shades to feel suspended among the trees & see Monk parakeets, and many other birds. This studio makes excellent use of the space above our 2-car garage with an elegant bathroom, organic mattress, & butcher block countertops. 2G Google Fiber wifi It's tight for 3 or 4 people.
