Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Barton Springs

We were a 3 generation family traveling to Austin for a family wedding. This house was perfect. Clean, convenient, comfortable beds & lots of them, and the kitchen is equipped and nicely updated with a great refrigerator. The sauna, pool and workout room were all used and enjoyed. Gabe was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had, which was SO appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if the need arises!

Such a relaxing place. Andrea saved us when our other AirBnb fell through! Far enough from the hustle of Austin but close enough to go right into town!

We came to town for a friends wedding and stayed here for 2 nights. It was absolutely perfect! We felt at home from the moment we got there. The pool is FABULOUS and you can tell Kristen and Jeff truly take care of their home and property. The instruction book was very thorough and we knew exactly what was needed. We will absolutely be coming back to this home when we are in the area.

Our time at this home was cut short due to a hail storm. Despite the situation, Carly was very informative and helpful in explaining our next steps. I also got my car stuck in mud and she had to rally the neighbors to save me lol. This was a great place and we hope to return!

loved our stay beautiful home and wonderful backyard with a fabulous pool and hot tub. we had an issue with the pool light and they immediately helped us find an alternative and tried to fix the light. Loved this bnb would definitely return when we are back in austin!

There are no surprises with this house. Everything is as nice as it looks in its photos. In fact the view of the backyard and lake from the living room and master suite is beyond expectations! Access to the lake and the kayaks was a bonus! The house was clean and organized. It was easy to find what we were looking for due to the labels. Especially around the kitchen. The only thing that came as a surprise to us was that the room with the 2 twin beds did not have a door. So it lacked privacy. Other than that we had a wonderful stay! Me and my 11 adult friends were comfortable and it was more than enough room for us to space out. Bre was super easy to communicate with and got back to me right away. All in all we had a wonderful time & if we return to Lago vista we would be happy staying here again.

We had a great stay at 7744 Ranch. I had never been inside of a luxury RV/mobile estate before, but we found it to be comfortable and convenient. They are 2 story and have a stove, microwave, sink, restroom, shower and several TVs all in-house. Outside, the hot tub and cowboy pool were very relaxing! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and pizza in the outdoor oven. Our favorite part was the nighttime walk along the lit path down to the koi fish area. We had a fun time!

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

We escaped for a quick couple days away. It was wonderful and relaxing. The property is peaceful. I enjoyed all the amenities. Thank you for sharing your place with us if you wanted.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay so much! The pool and outdoor area was perfect for hanging out. Indoors we were able to play pool and ping pong, truly something for everyone. We had plenty of sleeping area to fit comfortably which can be difficult to achieve for a large group of adults like us. We loved the privacy and peacefulness around us. Annette had the bathrooms full of last minute items we might have forgotten like shampoo and conditioner which was so thoughtful! We highly recommend this property!

Amazing amazing rental! We were so happy with our stay. So many things are available to do: lake activities, beautiful views, cozy and welcoming studio, patio deck with a hot tub, fire pit. It exceeded my expectations from the pictures. The walk from the room to the lake was beautiful and kept us active. The patio was private with a beautiful view and we absolutely loved the outside shower. The dock area was awesome with boats to sit on, kayaks with lots of life jackets, and a dock that you can access the water from. The value for the price is honestly unbeatable, there are so many things to do and the area is gorgeous. The hosts were INCREDIBLY accommodating to us and kind and were super easy to get a hold of with whatever we needed. They really went above and beyond. Kelly also gave us all the directions and instructions in a timely manner, we had no problems the entire stay. We would love to revisit! We had an amazing time. Thank you so much Kelly!!

Tricia's place was exactly what we were looking for and everything we could have hoped for. The property is beautiful, secluded and incredibly peaceful. No neighbors, no noise, just absolute serenity. Plus, her pets were so friendly and definitely added to the whole experience. The cabin was amazing in itself because of how old it is and how well it's been preserved and maintained. It had every modern amenity you could want or need. The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked great and the WiFi worked great for streaming. With all that said, we would absolutely go back again.

We enjoyed a delightful Mother’s Day weekend at the cabin. Responsive host that quickly accommodated for a check in snafu. Cabin is exactly as described, perfectly located to access everything Dripping Springs has to offer, and our daughters loved swimming in the hot tub and pool. Definitely on our list to stay again!

Perfect little weekend getaway! House is private and clean. My wife and I love these little cottages where we can get out of town for a vacation and just...do as little as possible. The mattress is fantastic. I always fret a bit when trying a new place that I'll end up sleeping horribly due to a mattress that's been skimped on. Not here. We slept like babies every night. I also had a chance to meet the host one afternoon. She was very friendly and we had a great little chat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and get away from the Rat Race.

Lisa was a wonderful host and has designed every aspect of the house to be a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Everything you’d want and nothing you don’t. Very clean and thoughtfully designed, it is the perfect place for a long weekend away. We’re sure to be back!

Please improve the check instructions for people like me, suggest: Self check in with lockbox. Code will be sent via email/ text. This would have avoided the one small issue we had. As soon as the booking is approved if it were my rental, code would be sent in the app, via text and email, which eliminates any plausible deniability. Loved this little place. Mini splits are very quiet! Blake appreciated all feedback we had to make the stay better for others. I loved that all the switches were marked! Additionally note parking in front of property

The home was absolutely amazing! Everything clean and in order upon arrival. The home is really spacious for a small group. The balcony view of the lake was epic. The only thing I would have to complain about is the water pressure inside of the home was hit or miss. The guest bathrooms shower pretty much didn’t work. Besides that my experience at this was great and I would totally recommend someone staying here when visiting lake Travis or the Austin area..
