Whole Foods is less than a half a mile walk if you're looking to come back and cook for a quiet evening in or extravagant breakfast. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS CURRENTLY AN ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT NEXTDOOR Work typically begins around 7am on weekdays (and some Saturdays), and noise can be heard from inside the home. If you are a light sleeper or planning a late/relaxing morning, this may not be the best fit. The apartment is set in the downtown area of Clarksville, one block away from the shops and restaurants of West 6th Street. Also nearby are riverside parks and venues hosting Austin City Limits and SXSW festival events.
