Two blocks from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park, this duplex has been recently renovated and is a perfect spot for checking out everything in Austin. Walking distance to the TownLake Trail, some really great restaurants and shopping. Nice side deck for outside eating/grilling with a good size fire pit and large table with chairs. The main house is called “Upson House” and is also available for rent through Airbnb. The location is within walking distance of Zilker Park (ACL), many fine restaurants, shopping, downtown, public transportation, and yet is secluded enough to provide an unforgettable experience that includes much of the best of what makes Austin great.
