Extremely convenient quiet studio right near the base of the mountain. Enjoy partial mountain views from the couch! Close to the lifts and town. Freeride bus system (very frequent) and Snowflake Lift just steps away! Beaver Run lift also walking distance. Ski back to the base of Snowflake lift and end your day steps from home! Town roughly 10 - 15 minute walk away. Close to hiking and biking in the summer. Hot tub on site. Pool nearby. One surface parking space. Unit is small ~300 SQFT.

Contact less check-in. Our place is .5 miles to restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, to the base of peak 9/Quicksilver chairlift. You can walk into town (about 10 min). Plus, there is also a free bus (Brown route, we will have more info on scheduling for you at the condo). Our place has a full size kitchen and we have most of the essentials that you will need during your stay (coffee maker & filters, cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc.).

We truly enjoyed our stay at Mary’s place. The unit is very clean and cozy that made us feel right at home. Mary thoughtfully provided snacks/beers and helpful local suggestions for us to navigate around the town, definitely helped us as first time visitors in Breck. My kid was also very happy to find games for all ages all party sizes, as well as kids books. It’s a bonus for family traveling kids. I’d definitely recommend and we would book it again next season if we come back to Breck again!

The cabin was very comfortable and well-designed, and I especially loved the quirky artwork. The kitchen was small but very functional. The only warning I'd give is not to underestimate the elevation! Going straight from sea level to stay at 10,674 feet was maybe a bit rash, and I did have a pretty bad headache for the entire trip sadly.

Unmatched stargazing! We’re regular visitors & the location can’t be beat! Secluded with tons of hiking yet close enough to nearby towns/amenities. Cute, quaint home with all the charm! Cozy indoor fireplace & inviting décor. Views & back patio are so nice to have! We saw fox (beware they may come right up to you and the front door!) AND moose right in the yard! Nice amenities for a small home. Enjoyed the second living area with a TV, leaving the main one for gathering and enjoying the views. Kitchen has basics – need to bring oil, spices, foil/parchment paper, etc. if cooking/baking. RO water system is VERY nice to have, especially in the dry climate! Home was very clean and nicely updated. Be aware we’re very familiar with this area and spiders are a common occurrence in the Summer. They easily slip through the cracks in these older homes. We LOVED the cedar hot tub – so nice! The turf and stepping stones on the first level patio are a nice touch. Great stay, friendly hosts.

Thankyou Carrie & Wiley for having us. Both were very responsive when needed. Wiley was a great character, and was more than happy to give us recommendations. The cabin and location itself is gorgeous, decorated to a high standard and was warm and cosy. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone considering booking.
