Cute apartment in the tuscan countryside with a beautiful pool, set in Cerbaia, 20 km away from Florence. It is in a great position to visit many of the highlights of Tuscany and the wine region of Chianti. We rent a small apartment that has a living room with kitchen, a main bedroom, one bathroom. The house has a beautiful and spacious garden with a big pool overlooking the tuscan hills. In the property there is the villa of the owners and another apartment that we rent here on airbnb.

The property has large lawns surrounded by flowerbeds, a barbecue, a table tennis, a Jacuzzi as well as a sauna, and a swimming pool (11x5, open june-september). Nearby there is a stream along which one can take long walks. Wi-Fi connection at the reception. Welcome gift. Heating included.

Ground floor apartment in a family home with independent entrance & hall, spacious living area with fully fitted kitchen, double sofa bed, large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Giorgio et Cosetta ont été des hôtes extrêmement accueillants, en nous donnant l'impression de rendre visite à des membres de notre propre famille grâce à leur chaleureuse hospitalité. L'appartement était également impeccable et parfaitement équipé pour répondre à tous nos besoins durant notre séjour. Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war einwandfrei! Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist wie beschrieben etwas abenteuerlich. Die Anfahrt wird aber sehr gut beschrieben und wir konnten das Haus ohne Pribleme gut finden. Nach der Ankunft wird man entschädigt mit einem grossen privaten Parkplatz, einem Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage, einer grandiosen und idyllischen Aussicht und einem grossen Pool. Alles sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern! Wer Erholung sucht, findet diese in dieser Unterkunft. Auswärts Essen und einkaufen gehen bedingt eine 15-minütige Autofahrt. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. 🥰

Besten Dank. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Vor allem der Pool war eine Bereicherung für diese Hitze. Achtung, es hat sehr viele Mücken. Gut einsprayen oder was da haben, wo raucht gegen Mücken. Die Badezimmer sind hübsch, sowie die Zimmer. Es hat fast alles was man braucht. Auch die Grillecke ist toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke und liebe Grüsse

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni per un addio al nubilato. La villa é davvero pazzesca, anche più bella che in foto. ogni piano é indipendente, con al sua cucina, il suo salotto, il suo bagno e le camere. La casa é pazzesca in ogni dettaglio, dall'arredamento ai servizi inclusi. la pergola, la piscina e la vista sono spettacolari e ce le siamo davvero godute. Abbiamo anche organizzato una festa con il deejay nella pergola, stupenda! il proprietario é stato davvero top: molto disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta ed é stato anche molto flessibile sia nel check-in che nel check out. Posto assolutamente consigliato!!!

Wonderful area, property, house, swimming pool, etc. All kept clean and very well maintained. Cristiana and Sergio are very kind and pro-active and gave good tips for what to visit, where to eat, etc. I would definitely recommend this place for having a relaxing holiday with kids. I would only not call this ‘agriturismo’ since there was u fortunately no real farming activity or local things we could use from the property.

Alberto et son fils son super gentil et au petit soins . Nous avons adoré le logement ( il est encore mieux que sur les photos) . La piscine est grandiose. Nous avons passé une semaine avec notre fils de 15 mois et tout était très bien adapté a un bébé . Nous recommandons ce logement et nous reviendrons certainement

The villa’s location is idyllic - peaceful and surrounded by the mountains of the ‘Pescian Switzerland’. It is pretty remote and difficult to access though, so you do need to be a confident driver to enjoy a stay here ;-) There are plenty of lovely spots to relax in the garden and around the pool so I would particularly recommend the villa in good weather. Inside, the common areas (kitchen and lounge) can get a little cramped if there are 10 or 12 of you and it’s raining outside - but we chose to brave the bad weather and explore the surrounding villages and towns anyway so that wasn’t an issue for us. It is worth pointing out that being a country house, there are bugs - which might put some people off (not us though!). The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the bedding super comfortable with warm & cosy down duvets (which were very welcome given the cold & wet weather we had!). And last but not least - Fausto (Giulio’s dad) was friendly and super helpful, a really lovely host.

la struttura di araldo è stata perfetta per passare uno splendido week end tra amici. La casa è isolata, immersa nella natura e dispone di una vista incredibile su tutte le colline e i boschi attorno alla villa. Araldo e sua moglie sono due host fantastici, sempre disponibili e gentili, non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Torneremo sicuramente d’estate per usufruire della splendida piscina di cui dispone la casa
