The apartment is a real gem just a stone's throw from the sea, located in a quiet and relaxing area, just as described. Very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort: there is really nothing missing to have a peaceful and pleasant stay. The shower, then, is just great! Marzia was very kind and always available: I immediately felt at home... in fact, better! Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

A great Italian getaway. Miriam and Gaspare are the nicest of hosts. They were tentative to our enquiries on places to visit, restaurant recommendations, even where to get the bus to commute into Pisa. Airbnb was spacious, clean, had all amenities and was in a peaceful, pretty setting. Couldn’t have faulted the Airbnb or the hosts, we will be returning in the future. Thank you for such a great stay Miriam and Gaspare!! 😀

This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

Slightly secluded from the historic center but convenient to all amenities with the Cimoncino and Cimone slopes more or less equidistant. Apartment in a quiet and green setting with private fenced garden ideal for those with pets. Clean and functional environments. Alessia is always there if you need her. It was a pleasant discovery. We'll definitely be back. Also highly recommended by our furry four-legged friends😊

We had a lovely stay in this pretty little village. The accommodation is very clean, nothing is missing. Carla is very available and welcoming. There's even a small grocery bar in the village. The bedding is good too. I recommend… thanks again for our stay.

Easy to access home, also thanks to the precise directions received from Sara. Quiet area. Well-kept and clean rooms, actually everything is almost new. The street where the house is located is one-way and does not have private indoor parking. So to leave the car parked you have to have a little luck to find parking nearby. This is perhaps the only unfavorable point, but it can still be solved by taking "4 more steps." Recommended.

We spent a stopover night at Enrico and his wife's. The apartment is super nice, on top of a hill, on three levels with a spiral staircase, the kids love it. Beautiful sea view from the rooms. Quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is available. Super friendly and welcoming hosts. We would highly recommend it.

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

To find the accommodation, a big thank you to Samanta for these instructions because the accommodation is located in small pedestrian streets that are quite similar, in a beautiful and authentic village. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped and clean. Samanta was attentive and very nice in the various exchanges we had. If you are looking for a nice house in the heart of the mountains while still being close to the city and the beaches, go for it. I would highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Super comfortable apartment, just outside of Lucca (about a 15 minute walk to get inside the city). Clean, large space, great communication from hosts, and super easy check-in/check-out. Oh, and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever come across in an Airbnb!

The location is really perfect, just a short walk from the center of Montecatini, which has made our explorations of the city comfortable. Oksana was an exceptional host, always available and attentive to respond promptly to our questions. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time convenient to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, easily accessible by train. We felt right at home, thanks to modern amenities and detailed check-in instructions. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend time in a pleasant environment and in a convenient location. We'll definitely be back!

I spent a week here and it’s perfect. The flat is lovely, squeaky clean and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the train station. I loved the restaurant opposite the building entrance! I’ll be back!
