Host and quality accommodation, we recommend 100%. We came as a family and enjoyed this lovely 4 bedroom accommodation. Very close to Santander where we spent a lot of time. Peaceful corner with lots of recommendations for exploring the area. Eva Maria was always responsive and repeatedly reminded that she was there when needed, which was appreciated. She was able to create an environment of trust between her availability and her proactivity. Thanks again for our stay.

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos (the bathroom is better than in the photo) and is very clean, it looks brand new, it is tastefully decorated and everything is top quality. Mari has been lovely from the beginning, very friendly and helpful and recommending many things to do, the apartment is very close to Santander and several beaches and that is fantastic, in short a 10, we will repeat.

We had a very pleasant stay at Maria's place. That's a small but functional apartment. A bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room, but when the goal is to spend the day getting to know Cantabria, there are no problems with the space. We only needed a more comfortable and larger bed (it was 1.35 and for two people it is very tight). With Maria, it was a little difficult to contact her at first, but she helped us with the reservation, which gave us problems, and during our stay she made sure that everything was fine and even brought us a couple of gifts during those days, which we really appreciate. The area is residential and very quiet, in the lower part of a villa. And very well located, in 3 minutes you are on the highway to move around Cantabria. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Carol's! The apartment in the special house was modernized with a lot of love and above all the beds were very cozy and the kitchen super equipped. Surroundings is quiet and nature very beautiful. Carol was incredibly likeable and helpful and let us share in her world. Thank you for everything, dear Carol! We are so happy that we met you and were able to stay at your great house!
