Luis was an amazing host and the property was great. Luis gave us information on the area, took time to show me around and details of taxi firms and restaurants to eat at. Would recommend this villa to anyone wanting peace and quiet.

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. Super friendly and helpful hosts, unbeatable value apartment, 10/10 location. If you want to disconnect, you can do so without any problem. If you want to travel and discover, you can do it without any problems. If you need to relax after the trip or sightseeing, the jacuzzi is great (as long as you respect the schedules so as not to disturb the neighbors). In short, if you want to book it, don't miss out, you'll be sure to get it right.

The house is very good, it is large, clean and beautiful, the pool is bigger than it looks in photos and has a pretty large garden, Marta is very nice we had to go out a little late and I understood it without problems. Fear of putting any sticks the house is a little hidden and to get there you may be lost on another path, but it is nothing that the habit of being for a few days can't fix.

Roberto responded very quickly to a very late request for accommodation. Is parents were very friendly and helpful and supported us very well in getting to the property and settling us in. We speak little Spanish but we’re easily able to manage with the patience of our hosts. Would definitely recommend English families to try this very Spanish home and the area.

We had an amazing May long weekend. We were 3 families with children and they really enjoyed the house and visiting the surrounding villages. The house is a 10 and Jose was very helpful at all times. Really good location for visiting Cantabria. 100% recommended . We'll definitely be back.

We went for a weekend and we were very comfortable. The house is very cozy, a quiet place. Andoni was an excellent host, he communicated with us easily and if we needed anything he made things easier for us. We'll be back for sure, we loved it.

Extraordinary beautiful apartment in the heart of Bilbao. Very friendly communication and excellent recommendations! We enjoyed it very much and appreciated the unique design and beauty!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Bilbao than Naiara's apartment! Dotted around are restaurants, bars, and shops; and within walking distance of major attractions. Naiara was an exceptional host, allowing us to check in before the appointed time, and included a bottle of wine to welcome us. The flat was clean and tidy, and although it was near foot traffic and bars, it was quiet, and more so when the windows were shuttered at night. Naiara was proactive and prior to arrival, provided clear check-in instructions.

We always love coming to Bilbao, and the flat was perfect for our needs. We needed to do a little remote working, be close to the city, and have parking. This booking had them all with a few unexpected welcome gifts thanks to Asunción. The parking is in a different building 5-minute walk away, but that was never an issue and the car park was secure. You can temporarily park in front of the flat to drop of bags, etc. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the area, and close by there is a lovely walk by the river to the city centre. The flat was clean, had everything we needed (even desks in separate rooms for a little work). We would happily stay here next time we are in Bilbao.

The accommodation matched the description perfectly. Easy access and you feel right at home. The neighbors of the building where it is are very friendly. It's a shame that due to the weather we couldn't use the pool, which had a very good track.

The apartment is fantastic. It is spacious with plenty of storage and amenities. It had a working washing machine with facilities to dry on the balcony - this was useful as we had been travelling beforehand. There is a swimming pool which we didn’t use, however, it looked clean and very inviting! The area is perfect. A lovely coastal walk nearby and a place to generally chill overlooking the sea. The host gave very clear photos and instructions of how to check in etc. The only slight negative would be the check in time, which was 5pm. I feel this is quite late in terms of other properties. We were able to check in around 4pm which helped.

It's an ideal little house for good and bad weather. In three of the five days we've spent here, it hasn't stopped raining, but the fireplace and the cozy and sweet atmosphere that the house conveys, makes you enjoy watching it rain through the windows, next to the fire, and surrounded by nature. The other two, we didn't leave the pool!!! Everything is clean, the spaces are spacious. Elena's service, a 10. The place where the house is, very quiet, at the end of the road. We'll be back for sure.
