Very bright 100m2 apartment 150m from the pond and 50m from Parc de la Draga. Remodeled and with parking for a large car. Less than a five-minute walk from downtown Banyoles in a particularly quiet area -La Vila Olímpica- where you can walk and play sports. Very suitable for couples and families of up to 4 people. Balcony-terrace with lots of light, spacious dining-living area, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower space, one bedroom with double bed, another with two beds and a study.

With fabulous views and very well located for sightseeing, close to the sea and mountains, it is ideal for resting and disconnecting. The first floor corresponds to another rural accommodation. The owners live in the main house of the farmhouse. With its own terrace and garden furniture. Shared pool, barbecue and play area.
