Beeraya Beach House was an unexpectedly amazing stay! I had come with my family to Udupi and booked the place instantly. Even without a personal vehicle, getting there was hassle-free — convenient bus connectivity from Udupi to Padubidri, followed by a short rickshaw ride to the homestay. Local rickshaws are easily available, and there are plenty of express buses between Mangalore and Udupi. The highlight of our stay was the host, Madhuraj — incredibly proactive and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. Truly commendable hospitality! The beach is very close, and you’ll find great vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants just a 10–12 minute drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful vibes, far from the hustle of city life. A perfect place for families and groups of any age. Thank you, Madhuraj, for a memorable stay — highly recommended!

This might be long, but I’ll tell you what to exactly expect: 1. Your first visit? Confused about the exact location? Worry not!! Vivek will give you a head up on all things you need to know. He even made sure the auto driver knows exactly where to drop us. 2. Fond of exclusivity? YOU HAVE A PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS!! You’ll love those waves touching your feet while you take a calm walk during sunsets (don’t miss it!) 3. Is it a spontaneous trip with no itinerary planned? Vivek had thought of every possible thing that might make you reach out to google and let’s face it who else would better tell us the best local places and adventures than the host himself!! 4. The interiors? BEAUTIFUL! I was amazed by all the little thoughts that were put into it. All in all, I would call it a home away from home ❤️ Can’t wait for my next visit ❤️

Stunning location, excellent place and super helpful host! We travelled with our kid and it was one of the best beach time we have had! This place is perfect for beach lovers and generally anyone who loves to enjoy being in the lap of nature (empty coastline with breath taking view) just stone throw away from the property! Simply beautiful!

What stood out during our stay at Blue Oasis farm was family like interaction and personal care by Ms. Helen, Susie, Jason and their lovely children. The overall experience was just great-the drive through Charmady Ghat from Bangalore, the property nestled within the large scenic green beautiful farm full of coconut and areca nut trees, herbs, flowers, and banana plantation. The dip in the Phalguni river that runs through the property was really special. The food with ingredients from the farm was delicious. Jason showed us planets and stars with his telescope. The location itself provides access to temples, waterfalls, treks, and beaches within a 1 - 2hr drive. Susie gave us map locations to these places. We trekked up Karinjeshwara temple (four yugas temple), spent a great time at Padubidri beach near Mangalore, visited the Annapoorneshwari temple just 30 mins away etc. We bought fresh food products, and cosmetics from the hosts. Next trip to cover more. Highly recommend.

Arjun was truly a super host. I booked his place for my parents and they loved the place and service. Arjun also went out of his way to fulfil their last minute requirements and made their stay a very pleasant one.

The house was easy to locate. It clean and welcoming. The apartment is exactly as mentioned in the website. Pavanesh was a wonderful and accommodating host.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully and aesthetically done up and we felt we were in a proper luxury accommodation at an exceptional value. The view from the first floor and balconies is spectacular and captures the essence of Mangalore. The host is a fantastic individual, young and always available. We felt good interacting with him and seeing the enthusiasm for the hosting and life in general. Highly recommend this for families who want a central place to stay in Mangalore
