Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

Apartment perfectly located. Beautiful view of the sea. Peaceful and quiet area. In the apartment we had everything we expected. The host was very polite and communicative. I highly recommend this place.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

No le doy 10 estrellas, porque no hay. Si fuera una nota numérica, sería un 11 sobre 10. Antonio es un anfitrión muy amable, atento, siempre pendiente de que estemos bien y vayamos a lugares de ensueño. El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización privada, con dos piscinas y jacuzzi en cada una de ellas, jardines muy bien mantenidos y una comunidad de vecinos tranquila. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en cualquier apartamento de Antonio. Muchas gracias por todo de parte de las tres, Antonio.

Fantastic luxurious apartment in a great location. Only a few steps from beach walk and the Cabo Roig strip, yet extremely peaceful. Stunning grounds and pool view. Great communication from the start. Would highly recommend this apartment for couples and family alike!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient and an easy 10 min walk to the beach, and all the restaurants in old town. The apartment was extremely spacious with 3 full bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment was quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive and were quite helpful for local recommendations, they even made us reservations at their favorite restaurants. We were allowed to leave our bags a few hours early since our train arrived before checking time, which was extremely convenient. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone!

3 par på pinseferie i Alicante. Vi boede perfekt hos Soledad, 3 gode soveværelser og 2 gode badeværelser. Fantastisk terrasse. Ligger roligt med 10 minutter til centrum med alle restauranter inden for rækkevidde. Meget anbefalelsesværdigt

J'ai passé un séjour incroyable dans cet appartement face à la plage. L'emplacement est parfait, avec une vue magnifique! L'appartement est très beau, moderne et bien équipé, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. De plus, l'hôte était vraiment accueillant et réactif, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour une escapade près de la mer !

Absolutely loved our stay in Alicante! The apartment boasted a truly beautiful view that we couldn't get enough of. Its great location meant everything was within easy reach, and having a lovely beach right next to us was a huge bonus. To top it all off, our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Muy buen tamaño de apartamento, con todo lo necesarios. Hay detalles que se pueden arreglar, pero un apartamento muy completo.

Lago ja Alba ovat täydellisiä majoittajia, huomaavaisia matkailijoita kohtaan ja huolehtivia. Majoitus oli todella puhdas ja hyvin varusteltu. Asuinalue on hiljainen ja 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Lähellä ruokakauppoja, ravintoloita, nopeasti pääsee jopa kahteen eri rantaan. Erittäin helppo p tapa viestitellä majoittajan kanssa. Pienet herkut ovat miellyttävä yllätys saapumispäivänä. Ehdottomasti suosittelen !

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in Martina's apartment. It was easy to locate and only a short walk from the airport bus stop (Puerta del Mar) which we used to transfer from Alicante Airport. It is also a couple of minutes walk to the Tram Line 5 stop with the same name. The apartment is very close to the excellent beach and numerous restaurants. The lift to Santa Barbara Castle is also only a few minutes away. We took the lift in the evening when it was less busy and walked back down. The apartment is spacious and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Martina responds very quickly to any concerns although we did not need to trouble her. I recommend the apartment and would stay again.

This villa is wonderful, perfect for a golf trip, or family vacation with lots of things to do nearby if you have a rental car. If you don't, then the kids will love the pool and the playground, and the adults will love the peaceful and private surroundings. There was an issue with the AC during our stay, but Spencer was proactive in communicating with us, compensating us and making accommodations such as fans in each room (good ones as well) to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

El apartamento coincide con la descripción y fotos que se anuncian ; la comunicación con José fue muy buena desde el momento de la reserva. La zona en la que está ubicado es tranquila , al menos en el mes de junio, lo que hizo que la estancia fuese agradable.

Estuvimos muy a gusto porque la distribución de la casa es perfecta. Una lástima que fuimos en invierno y no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina. Comunicación muy buena con el contacto que teníamos. Muy buena relación calidad precio. 100% recomendable

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Un séjour parfait et un appartement tout à fait adapté ! Pour ceux et celles qui ont peur de ne pas avoir la Clim, sachez que les ventilateurs sont suffisants et permettent une séjour très agréable ! Lovely stylish villa with great pool area. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Lots of equipment in the walk in cupboard, such as an air fryer, pool floats etc.,Location was great with a 15 minute walk to beach, restaurants, bars & shops. If I had to have a negative it would be that although kitchen is full of cupboards with ample crockery etc there wasn’t enough space for food storage. We all enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend this lovely home.

Rosalia and Pepe have a beautiful home. It was perfect for your trip and we felt instantly at home. The place is filled with wonderful paintings by Rosalia. The lay out is perfect for not being on top of each other, and the amenities were great. Looking forward to seeing the padel court go up! Rosalia and Pepe were very helpful and patient with our limited Spanish speaking and made us feel very welcomed. Would go back again.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful weeks stay at this beautiful home. Everything was just perfect from the cleanliness to clean and comfy beds, having everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Thank you so much.
