Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Banana River

Our stay at the Coral Retreat was perfect. We were at the house for six days with our two teenage boys and of all the hotels and resorts we’ve stayed at this place takes the cake. We had countless manatee swimming right by and up to the property and we also saw dolphins a few times. The house is in a very serene neighborhood and if you want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel or other touristy areas that feels like an actual home for your family - you will find it here. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It was apparent that lots of thought went into decorating and furnishing the house so you can enjoy your stay. The beach was within a short walk as well as many restaurants and shops. There was also a nice grocery store very close that has everything you need. My wife and I loved our stay here and I’m hoping that we can make this our regular go-to place for a Florida getaway.

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

This place was more than we expected. A great location for us to stay before leaving for our cruise. The house was extremely clean and spacious.

We had an amazing time staying at The Cocoa Palm! The house has everything you need, it felt both new and exciting and comfy and right at home. Amy was flexible, communicative, and provided easy instructions and recommendations. Our kids loved the bedrooms, the game room, and the sun room. The backyard is full of fun and relaxing activities. The beach is easily walkable and it was so nice to have everything provided for a fun beach day, including towels, wagons, umbrellas, and beach toys. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for my family and I to spend a beach weekend at before we headed to Orlando. We enjoyed being by the water, seeing the wild life, I really wish we could have stayed longer and explored. Hosts were quickly responsive, extremely friendly. Would def return if we’re in the area again!!!!

The accommodation is lovely, spacious with high standard fixture and fittings. There is everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was spotlessly clean. Excellent communication. The area is lovely and easy access to the beach, local shops and areas of interest further afield. We visited the USA for a three week vacation and stayed here for a week but had we known beforehand we would have been happy to have stayed here for the full three weeks.

just what we needed for 2 days before our cruise. quiet, easy access & great host! Susan knew where good restaurants were & everything was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable too. Will definitely stay there again before our next cruise

This was a very cute and cozy place in an excellent location. Very close to the airport, the beach, and downtown. Beth’s place was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the location can’t be beat! Beth is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

We loved the location of this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and dogs were allowed during certain times. We would definitely stay here again.

I couldn't ask for me from my stay - the accommodations included everything they described and more. They thought of everything! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Perfect experience. Best stay. Will go back!

Absolutely outstanding hosts—friendly and so very kind & generous, offering help with absolutely anything we needed! It was a pleasure to stay at their place. They made us feel right at home. A very short drive or 10 minute walk to the beach, and they even lent us their chairs & umbrella. We had some beautiful sunset & sunrise walks on the beach. The small studio apartment is very cozy, but has everything you need, and is sparkling clean & beautifully decorated. The backyard is like a mini oasis—so full of beautiful plants. Very quiet & private. It was a delight to stay at their place! And their restaurant recommendations were perfect!

I never write reviews. This place is amazing. We had the best time! Great pool & Coco beach is just a short uber ride away! We ate cruisers & it was perfect location to stay & get on the ship! We will definitely stay again for next vaca in the area!

Clean, beautiful view over the water, close to everything we needed, the perfect set up.

Wonderful! Even better than when I stayed there a few years ago with a little remodel since then. Easy walk to restaurants and great ice cream. Can watch rocket launches from the back windows or from the park behind the building. Just a really cool and interesting space in a great location and a great host. Clean, easy, great directions, etc., etc., etc!

We had a wonderful stay, wouldn’t ask for one single change. The hosts and manager were communicative, clear, and helpful. The manual at the condo was extremely thorough, highly appreciated as it made the stay so much smoother. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and clean, not to mention the gorgeous view and quick access to the beach. My only issue is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. We had a great stay at Terri’s place. It hit all the high points, exactly as described, great area, very clean and well equipped. We did not use the kitchen much as there are many great places to eat in the area. Take a look at the rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. We were able to watch an evening rocket launch, which was well worth a visit. We really enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning to the condo and sitting on the balcony after a days adventure
