This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

Cape Canaveral Condo w/ On-Site Beach Access!

Cute decor. The couch is horribly uncomfortable, The master bedroom bed is the firm memory foam type only Slept in that room maybe first 2 nights.The other room has mattress toppers so they are somewhat more comfy but not much. None of the rooms have in ceiling fans, the master bedroom doesn’t have an air vent for air conditioning so unless you use the provided plug in fan,it gets hot in there.The ac vent for master bedroom is in the bathroom so that’s interesting. Room right by the pool (I mean all balconies are facing the pool Courtyard) a few of the nights (we stayed 7) people were really loud partying late on their balconies or at the pool. Made it difficult to sleep. Owner not willing to refund or work with you because they said non refundable in the listing. The area is kind of grungy and not as much fun stuff to do. There is a keurig which they won’t provide k-cups for. We paid $2000 to stay 7 days, def not worth the price. Won’t return. They did a great job decorating tho.

Eddy’s place was top notch! The decoration is amazing, and it feels like a home away from home. It’s very close to the beach, and from the balcony, you can see the shore and boats. Eddy always communicated promptly and has been a great host. I highly recommend this place to anyone, we will definitely stay here again

This was a perfect house for my trip with the kids to experience the Kennedy Space Center and watch the SpaceX launches. Susan was very nice and helpful.

The place is absolutely gorgeous, well kept, we really loved how comfortable the beds were and everything that was available at the kitchens for cooking. My family will love to be back in the future for a longer period of time.

Fantastic vacation! The pool and lanai were absolutely beautiful. Host was extremely responsive and even let us know that there was a rocket launching from Cape Canaveral the night we checked in! We could see the launch from the front yard, very cool. The house was extremely private, in a very quiet residential area.

This is an easy 5-stars. The house was in a quiet, attractive, friendly neighborhood with easy walking. The exterior and front entry porch are well kept, tidy, and welcoming. The interior finishing is tasteful and homey. The furniture is all comfortable. The beds and pillows are top quality. Comfortable. The appliances are all fairly new, good quality, and they work well. The kitchen is set up with a good selection of cookware and bake ware, plenty of nice plates, cups, bowls, glasses, and silverware, kitchen towels, etc. The place is solidly built and well planned with good quality plumbing and electrical systems with plenty of electrical outlets. Internet is easy to connect to and plenty fast, although I didn't run a speed test. The hosts are superb. They're very responsive, personable, and easy to communicate with. We got lots of helpful ideas of what to do, what to see, and some local insights. This was a great stay.
