We enjoyed not only having the water out the front door but also had fun fishing off the pier with my son in law & grandsons . We caught a few different fish and cleaned a black drum , it was delicious! It’s nice that there are no motors in this section of the river, it’s very quiet. We saw lots of manatees around the pier , as well as quite a few different birds.The kitchen was well equipped and in nice condition. The fishing poles and beach equipment are a nice perk also!

My family and I absolutely loved staying here as we came down with our kids for Spring Break. The condo was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we were looking for. We had a blast playing the games in the garage and enjoyed the pool right across the street. We appreciated being able to check-in a little early. We had two minor issues during our stay which we informed Birney of right away and he responded in a timely manner and took care of it as soon as he was able to. Communication is key! We can’t wait to go back with friends.

This is a great place to stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. There are nice outdoor areas in the front and back of the property. The inside is CLEAN and comfortable. The kitchen has every gadget and small appliance available. There is even a coffee bar! Also the rental has anything you would want for a day at the beach.

Walking into the townhome, it felt like home. Alot of the same finishes and high quality as my own. Beds/linens/pillows were extremely comfortable. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking. All appliances functioned. The one way street it's on makes for little traffic and beach is fairly quiet but close enough for my teenagers to walk to the public beach for more things to do. I appreciated the extra touches of high quailty robes and slippers in the master suite.

Your place was such a blessing , very clean, stuff to do for the kids was an added bonus ! The location was Perfect literally a 2 min walk to the beach . We had a memorable vacation bc of you ! Gorgeous 2B/2Br Townhome Near Beach

The rooms were appealing, bright and spacious . The upstairs is large, it is a loft though with a higher than usual partial wall . In the kitchen, There is a 5 cup coffee pot.. coffee packets are supplied (I recommend using only half per 5 cup pot) there are some extras in the kitchen, foil, saran wrap, oatmeal, and coffee, oils, S and P. Some dishwasher and washing machine pods are supplied.. Everything works well, bed was comfortable. Large TV in the living room …two smaller ones in the bedrooms. There are 6-7 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon. (upon arrival, the rear wheels of the beach wagon were ripped, and Alex quickly had another delivered.) The only con : The back yard could use some attention and an umbrella for shade. Only a 3 1/2 -4 minute walk to the beach! whether you go right (that access ramp has one of those ‘little libraries’) or left to Cherie Down (bathroom there and lifeguard) Walk to Ellie Mae’s tiki bar.. for good food and music outside.

What a great stay! Right on the beach but also super private behind some dunes. House is very clean. TONS of extras, beach chairs, fishing gear, BBQ, etc. I think there is a bit of a pay-it-forward situation going with the beach amenities. To that end we bought and left 2 new boogie boards. Upstairs bedroom gets FREEZING cold if you set the air below 72 degrees. But 72 worked great, just a heads up for future renters. The rentals next door allow pets and we had some snarling/barking dogs in the yard which was really annoying but that's not Mark's fault. Amazing stay, we are already booked for next year.

Visited Brevard County with friends from Italy. We enjoyed the apartment very much! It was nice to have a place to call home during our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and relaxing outside. The kitchen was lovely and we were able to prepare a few meals at home. The beds were comfy, too. It’s hard not to mention the peacocks but they’re part of the neighborhood. It’s a vibe. It’s a short walk to the beach where we saw 4 SpaceX launches! There are restaurants nearby including a distillery and a brewery. You can even walk to Port Canaveral and Jetty Park. The Cocoa Beach Pier is just up A1A and it’s a short drive to Ron Jon and neighboring Satellite Beach and Merritt Island. You can get to Orlando International Airport in an easy 45 minutes. We had a perfect vacation!

We rented this for my daughter, son inlaw and two grandchildren. It was perfect for them. Very nice neighborhood, very close walk to the beach. My young grandchildren are very rambunctious, they broke a lamp and the host was very understanding, we offered to purchase a replacement and they said no problem. The property has everything you wouod need. Very nice host, highly recommended

Sandy's condo is in a great location only two blocks from a very nice beach. She has two beach chairs available to use. The neighborhood is quiet. The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a small porch off the master bedroom and also a deck. The porch and deck get the afternoon sun so depending on the time of year you visit it might be to hot to sit on the deck. The main level has a big sectional with lots of seating. Because the condo is the middle unit it tends to be dark on the main floor. Sandy was quick to respond. Kennedy Space Center is worth the visit. Pappagallos Pizza which is a 1/2 mile from the condo was very good. We had the very best meal and service at Islands Fish Grill. It was so good we went back a second time.

Our family of five enjoyed a fantastic stay here. The location couldn’t be better, just a one‑minute stroll to the beach and steps from the Cocoa Beach Pier. With lots of restaurants, and cafés all within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this property for a great beach getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Angela’s place! Communication was quick and easy. The home was clean and matched the description perfectly. We especially loved the direct beach access and the unique layout of the house, which offers several cozy spots to relax. The kitchen is well equipped and great for cooking. Grocery stores and local restaurants are close by. Angela provides lots of helpful guest information about nearby restaurants and activities. A special highlight: we visited Cape Canaveral several times (about an hour away) and even saw three rocket launches—some directly from the house! The tasteful decor and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

We were delighted during our stay at Jessie’s condo. The place was comfortable and spacious, perfect for 2-4 people to spread out but still have lots of space to hang together. The beds and the large couch were all incredibly comfortable! Honestly one of the best places we’ve stayed through AirBnB. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We stayed in the house for 10 days. It was absolutely fantastic! The king size bed was extremely comfortable. All of the appliances worked very well and appeared to be recently upgraded. The location was hard to beat! The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. There were several bars and restaurants right around the corner. But the main attraction was the beach which you could walk to in less than five minutes. The beach was not crowded, even on Labor Day! We spent many hours strolling along the beach. When coming back to the Melbourne area, we will definitely be looking at staying here again!

Marianne's beachfront townhome is a wonderful home base in the beautiful beach town of Melbourne Beach. I especially loved all of the big windows to soak in the gorgeous view of the ocean from the den. I highly recommend Marianne's home for a beachfront getaway in Melbourne Beach.

The house has a ton of space and is a short walk to the beach. We loved the foosball table and the beach supplies! The house is located next to a restaurant and street lights that made it pretty bright at night when trying to sleep, even with the blinds and shades closed. Publix is very close by, as well as restaurants and the Cocoa Beach pier.

Todd's home was perfect for our young family. Todd communicated well and the place was very kid friendly with everything we might need including a pack and play and high chair as well as gates. Everything was as described and Todd was very responsive.

The townhouse exterior is painted in a soft blue, featuring multiple windows that allow for abundant natural light. A white balcony is visible on the upper level, surrounded by tropical plants that add vibrancy to the setting.

If you are thinking of booking this space don’t hesitate! This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. It’s comfortable and spacious and is so well stocked with great quality amenities. If you like to cook you will love all of the cookware and appliances. Jan is a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to either Jetty Park to watch the cruise ships sail out, to Cocoa Beach Pier, and of course, to the beach (literally 350 steps, I counted). We loved the 2nd floor balcony as well as the Tiki Hut. The condo had a great HVAC system. It was very quiet and kept the place at a consistent temperature. The air purifiers kept the air fresh and clean. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was wonderful!! I've never been in home with more character than this one. Everywhere you look in the house, there's a neat detail that catches your eye. The home is nestled in a beautiful tree-covered area. The neighbors were so friendly. Neighborhood felt safe and was totally walkable. We stayed for a week without a car and were completely content, especially since the walk up to the beach was so short. The beach was beautiful. The bed, couch, and blankets were so comfy. The kitchen was so nice and we cooked elaborate meals every night. Cannot recommend this home more. My boyfriend and I wish we could buy it!

We stayed at Darrin’s Airbnb in Melbourne, Florida, for a funeral and were so pleased. The location was super convenient, right next to a McDonald’s for easy meals. The price was great, and the place was spotless and comfortable. Darrin was a kind host, making a tough trip much easier. Highly recommend!

Jennifer and all the people that work with her are amazing and on it! The place was clean and huge, minimalist and relaxing, upon arrival. Jennifer was always quick and responsive to my needs and questions. Beds are comfy, linens soft and new. A nicely outfitted kitchen, all my basic needs were met, anything else I needed was easily accessible on foot, nice shopping blocks away and a Publix grocery very close by. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Jennifer is very welcoming to pets, which seems to be rarer these days and the neighborhood provides nice walking and a close by is a park with lakes to walk around. I would recommend staying here and at any listing of Jennifer's.

Great place - easy walk to the beach! We had a great stay here. The king bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was clean & comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. We loved the refrigerator with filtered water & ice dispenser. We biked about 1/2 hour every morning to watch the manatees frolic in the banana river. The beach is right down the block & the beach chair were really nice. It has a lot of room for two couples - so hopefully next year we will bring friends along to share the place. Lots of restaurants in the area & enjoyed “ ‘ first Friday’ activities within walking distance.

Really cute place!! Wonderful location! Walkable to beach —just a few blocks! The outdoor shower was a BONUS PLUS!! The space was comfortable and quiet. During our stay there was a street fest being held just a couple blocks over with food trucks and fun. Sheriffs dept and city hall were across the street. Also, would recommend the “Wizard of oz museum”just about 1 mile from the rental which is FANTASTIC!!!

It is a very beautiful and updated-lace. I really liked having 3 bathrooms in the place. They were really responsive and fast to get someone to fix the fridge water dispenser. I’m so glad we picked this place up!

Absolutely perfect location for a family traveling to Paradise Park for a surf contest. We could walk to the location we needed to be at & the homeowner was a great host. Very easy to communicate with, very responsive, & the place was both quiet & pristine. We will return next year!
